Mia's POV

"I'm ready to talk about my son, and my ex-wife."

He was ready to talk, but I wasn't sure if I was ready to listen. Quite frankly I was almost afraid of what he'd say.

Although it had been plenty of years prior, anyone could remember the massive amount of stories floating around regarding Prince's marriage to then dancer, M. Garcia. Speculation only heightened once it was revealed that the couple were expecting, which sent the media into a frenzy especially about the state of the child's health.

"Despite what anyone thinks or what has been said, the relationship started off completely platonic." Prince stated. "I thought she was talented, which was very evident once she was in her element. Initially after meeting, we communicated mostly through phone calls several times during the week. And I'd write her, sending her drawings and cassette tapes, things like that. I wanted her to be apart of the act, Robia and Lori were already working with me, so once she was added, it gave much more mystery, which was perfectly crafted in my eyes."

"What exactly do you mean by mystery being perfectly crafted?" I asked.

Rubbing his hands together and quickly licking his lips, he explained.

"I'm always surrounded by such beautiful and wonderfully gifted women

"I'm always surrounded by such beautiful and wonderfully gifted women." He confessed. "Everyone automatically assumes that we're involved on more than just a professional level, which is sometimes true, and sometimes it isn't. I love being able to give women a chance to shine within an industry that is usually very difficult on them. With the three ladies around, and one solely becoming the main focus, it pulled you in, making the audience want more. Not to mention the great publicity for her."

I laughed. "I understand now. Smart move."
