Reader's POV

I was practicing volleyball, and I was really having a hard time. Like a hard time.

"I hate being a libero." I sighed. I didn't hate being a libero, I really love being one. I just really suck.

"Want some help?" A voice asked. I tilted my head to the right and saw a boy that was pretty small. But let me tell you, I'm smaller than him.

"Nishinoya- I'll help you!" He interrupted me. Ugh! I hate being interrupted! But I was going to be nice so I pushed that aside.

"You go zip, then go whoop, and pow."

I titled my head, very confused on what he was doing. "What?" I asked him.

"You go zip, then go whoop, then pow." He said once again. Showing me how to receive. I was utterly confused. So I kept watching him but I never understood what he was doing.

"Learn anything yet, [Y/N]?" Nishinoya-senpai asked me. I shook my head.

"This is going to be really hard..." Nishinoya-senpai trailed off, trying to think of others way to teach me. But it didn't work out as he planned it would go.

"It's no use. I just suck being a libero." I sighed.

"Come on, [Y/N]. just keep training." He showed me once again his odd, zip, whoop, and pow.

"You're amazing Nishinoya-senpai." I commented on his receives.

He blushed, "What did you just call me!?"

"Nishinoya-senpai?" I looked at him confused.

"Say it again." He ordered.

"Huh!? Why do I have to say it again!?" I asked, not wanting to say his name again.

"Just do it." I sighed, and nodded.

"Nishinoya-senpai." I stated his name once again. He gave me a pat on the back and me a huge grin.

"Since I'm your senpai, I'll go get you some ice cream." I giggled. "You're so weird senpai." My giggle turned into a laugh. I stopped laughing and blushed. That was super embarrassing.

"Is this a date?" I asked him, cleaning the gym. He shook his head, very fast. I stared at him.

"N-no. I'm only doing this because I'm your senpai." He corrected me. I stared at him. 'Sure.' I thought.

"Really? I don't think so." I hummed. I then started to picking up the volleyballs. "There is a lot of volleyballs..." I grabbed some more volleyballs putting them away.

"Almost done. [Y/N]?" I heard Nishinoya-senpai ask me. I shook my head. getting a mop to clean the floor.

"Hey, [Y/N]!" I looked up from the floor and looked over to my senpai. "Yes?" I asked him.

"I will be your tutor." I blushed, was I that bad?

"Am I that bad?" I asked.

"No! No! I just want to help you become better." He smiled at me. I smiled, "I look forward to working with you then." He blushed.

"I'm going to buy you two ice creams, because I'm your senpai!" I held in my laughter so I don't embarrass myself. Okay, this will be a good chance for me to ask out, Nishinoya-senapi.

"Senpai." I turned away. Oh... this is much harder than I expected.

"What?" He asked me.

"Um... Well... I..." I trailed off. Nishinoya-senpai trying to follow.

"I just wanted to say, I-I've l-liked you for a long time!" I squeaked. I was so scared that I yelled.

He just stared at me, processing what I had just said. He widened his eyes and blushed.

I gave a small smile, "It's okay if you don't like me. I just thought I should probably tell you." I fiddled with my fingers. Giving him eye contact once in a while.

"No fears, [Y/N]! I like you too!" I giggled once again. He is an energetic little boy.

"Well Nishinoya-senpai, I'm done so we can get ice cream." I grabbed my jacket.

"Lets go!" I nodded grabbing ahold of his arm.

"I'll buy you three ice creams." I looked at him confused.

"I'll buy you three ice creams cause I'm your boyfriend!"
