(He looks high☝️😂)

I swear, the people in my grade make me want to move schools.

Some girl in my homeroom: having ADHD is the exact same thing as having autism

Sub: Actually, they're very different. They're nowhere near similar.

Girl: Oh, well my sister has both sooo...

And then a few minutes later...

Some dude: Well, you're bad at Fortnight! Sorry, it slipped out.

Other dude he was talking to: Oh yeah, well your girlfriend is flat! Sorry, it slipped out.

Girl behind him: *slaps him* Sorry, arm spasm.

Sub: Everyone be quiet and do your work!

Y/n POV

The room was silent. That was until Mrs. Emon mentioned groups. The students looked around the room to their friends, talking "quietly" about who is working with who. Mrs. Emon told us sternly that if we were off task or being too loud, she'd assign groups.

Sixth hour; the last class of the day. English, one of my (favorite/hated) subjects. For today, we had to get into groups of three to five people and write a paper to persuade others to agree with our topic of whether a year-round school schedule was better or not.
(If you're already in a year-round schedule then you can change it. Its not really important to this)

The blond teacher released us to talk with friends about our paper. I sat still in my seat while others got into groups until a hand grabbed my arm and pulled me up. Ethan pulled me over to where him, Jack, Felix, and Brian were seated with their desks pulled together.

"You're with us, and no excuse will be listened to." Ethan smiled innocently, sitting in a desk.

I chuckle, taking a seat in the empty desk. "Wasn't going to complain, but alright."

Brian lightly slapped the table, pulling our attention towards him. "I call the into! It seams like the easiest paragraph to write."

"Conclusion for me!" I call. Ethan, Jack, and Felix roll their eyes, seeing as they're stuck with the three body paragraphs.

"But lets be serious here," Jack leans back in his seat. "Are we actually gonna do any work?"

"Nope," I immediately answer.

"Not at all." Felix agrees.

"Deciding on who does what is work." Brian shrugs.

"Not really-" I begin before being interrupted by Brian.

"Shut up, yes it is." He points at me while staring at me sternly.

"Alrighty then," I laugh.

"We've done so much work, I'm exhausted." Felix sighs sarcastically, folding his hands behind his head.

"I know right?" Jack plays along. I shake my head at them, a smile playing at my lips.

Ethan points at me. "Hey, we have practice after this, we deserve a break."

"I never said you didn't." I shrug, a small giggle coming from me as I shrug.

"I don't!" Felix laughs in their faces. "I don't do sports!"

"Whatever," Jack elbowed Felix.

"How much you wanna bet Alex will try to get out of working at all again?" Ethan grins.

"Oh, your dad would be pissed if he found out he was faking it." Brian grins at the thought.

"No kidding." Jack nodded.

"What if," Felix begins. "What if we all had our own alter egos?"

"I'd want to meet yours right away," Jack nods. "He must be way cooler than you."

"Hey!" Felix laughs, gently punching Jack's arm. "His name would be Die. Just Die."

"Real creative." I say sarcastically with a grin.

Chuckling, Felix rolls his eyes. "Shut up,"

"Anti for me." Jack raised his hand, a big, child-like smile on his face while he leans his chair back on two feet instead of four. Unlike other classes, these chairs weren't connected to the table.

"Uhh..." Ethan thinks. "Blank. Blank is the name if my alter ego."

"Blank?" I question, an eyebrow raised.

"Yes, Blank!" Ethan jokingly sends me a harsh look. "Got a problem with it?"

"No, no," I giggle, putting my hands up in defense. "Its fine, its a beautiful name."

"I know," Ethan nods. "Its damn beautiful."

"I have no idea what my alter ego's name would be, and I don't want to waste my time on it." Brian shakes his head.

"You're no fun." Ethan nudges him.

Brian grins. "Thats not what your mom said last night."
(I'm sorryyyyyy XD)

"Your right, my mother never said that," Ethan giggles at his way past Brian's joke. "She said "You better do that homework, boy!""

That pulled laughter from all four of us. Yet, still not grabbing Mrs. Emon's attention at our volume.

"Don't tell me your mother actually said that." I laughed quietly to myself, burying my face in my hands.

Ethan shrugged. "Maybe, maybe not."

"You gotta be kidding me." Felix shook his head.
