an excessive enthusiasm or desire; an obsession.

The demure girl fantasizes.
Her crimson blood was burning,
electrifying with ebullience,
the romantic elixir hypnotizing.
Her felicity clouded with misery,
foe's hand lacing with her insanity,
violent lightning strikes in her eyes,
venom infects her strongest bones.
Her heart pumps one last time,
before it is consumed with poison.
