♡ [08/20/18] ♡
Adrenaline /noun\ a hormone secreted by the adrenal glands, especially in conditions of stress, increasing rates of blood circulation, breathing, and carbohydrate metabolism and preparing muscles for exertion.
.✫*ﾟ･ﾟ｡.★.*｡･ﾟ✫･ﾟ｡.★.*｡･ﾟ✫*.
There's this scary feeling,
that has been devouring me,
ever since I was born.
It is my own worst nightmare,
yet it is my favourite feeling,
in the whole, complete world.
A line between,
the mundane and the insane.
A blur between,
reality,
expectations,
and dreams,
intensified within the rush in my body.
It is an lanky bridge,
that would snap in half,
if I stood in the middle.
It is my hot blood,
transporting me,
into a sense of superiority,
that makes my fingers crave,
to squeeze and hold dominance,
as if it belongs to me.
It runs shuddering shivers,
down my entire body,
numbing it,
tingling it,
yet electrifying it all at once.
Corrupted grins appear,
glassed over eyes,
it is as if I am a whole new person.
It's a secret side of me,
that is obsessed,
with fucking over,
boundaries and limits,
that is in love with my own sinful adrenaline.
One day I know,
that it will murder me.
