The butterflies in the jar,
so pretty like an evening star,
why is the moon so far?
Wings fluttering around,
like a date downtown,
please don't frown,
or I'll have a meltdown.
The lid is now off,
like a rocket ship take off,
brown irises are in a scoff.
My emotions are set free,
like a party full of glee,
sitting on top of the rooftree,
watching the sightsee,
we are now carefree.
