Beau's Pov

I parked my car and exited it before locking the doors and stuffing my hands in my pocket. I jogged into Starbucks because it was raining out and I wasn't dressed for the weather. After taking my spot in line I pulled out some cash, knowing I would have to buy some cookies for Rob as well. once I got to the till I let my hand move my loose strands of soaking wet hair back. I looked up and became lost for words

"Hello welcome to Starbucks may I take your order?" her voice was so soothing and welcoming.

I smiled at the beautiful girl "can I get a vanilla bean frappe and two chocolate chip cookies"

"Sure thing, your name please?" She asked as she opened the lid of her black marker and grabbed a cup.

"Beau" I paused "Beau Bennett"

The girl looked up and studied my face for a few seconds "oh my gosh! you are Beau Bennett! I can't believe I didn't notice right away" she exclaimed "I'm a huge pens fan" she laughed

I smiled even wider "really? that's great would you like me to sign something?" I looked at her name tag and smiled up at her "(y/n)"

Hey, from the first time that I asked your name It's like a drug that went straight to the vein I feel a high coming on, and it's all because of you

"That would be great! thanks so much"

Our conversation got cut short when the lady behind me began to cough signalling she had lost her patience.

I blushed before handing (y/n) the money and taking the bag of cookies. I sat down and waited for my drink, every once in awhile I would let my eyes linger on the girl that took not only my thoughts away but my breath as well.

She's amazing, every single thing about her, even her little habits, like biting her lip or chewing on the lid of the marker as she writes something down, the way she taps on the counter top waiting for someone to come and order.

I walked into Starbucks with Burtozzo trailing behind me. I took my usual seat, right across from the cash register.

Robert sat down and groaned "why don't you just ask her out?"

"Because she will never say yes! she's out of my league" I explained

"Listen I think she knows you like her" he spoke "I mean you come here every single day! and sadly drag me along with you"

I rolled my eyes "you agreed that if I paid for your order you would come and that's what I'm doing so zip it"

Burtozzo got up "I'll be back I gotta take a piss" he laughed as I gagged at him and walked off to the restrooms

I saw (y/n) untie her apron and frowned, she's leaving already! but we just got here!

"Hey (y/n)! wait up!" I called out causing everyone to stare at me, I ignored their looks and waved (y/n) to come over to me

"Hey! how's it going?" she asked as she pulled her ponytail out of her hair. she let her hands glide through her long hair before smiling up at me

I blushed as I answered "nothing much, I'm just chilling here with My Buddy"

"I know! haha you guys come In everyday" she laughed
