Her families are very honored and proud of her being established in such a young age; the young surgeon doesn't want to stop there alone.

She wants to pursue another field of expertise.

That's the reason why she came back in the Philippines and hid her real identity.

Because of what she recent accomplished, the world wants to know her back story and she doesn't want that.

She's not an attention seeker, that's why after she get her certificates the young surgeon immediately fly home without anybody knows except for her family of course and closed friends.

"I have a surprise waiting for you baby sister." The proud brother uttered patting the head of the young surgeon.

"Stop calling me that, I'm not a baby anymore kuya..........I'm already a surgeon!" Stomping her feet, annoyed by her brother with a pouted lip, that makes her more cuter the reason the young man laugh so hard.

"Hello Boss, we already have the teenagers.....yes it's all taking care of, yes boss we will." One of the abductor was talking to the person in-charge for the kidnap and ransom.

The children of the four powerful families in the country are being kidnapped.

If they think the person they have abducted were no use to them, they will not hesitate to kill.

"Boss what will your plans, it's been a week and they are being difficult in meeting our demands?" One of the kidnappers asks their leader.

"I know......and they think it make them smarter.....hahahahahaha! They are wrong, tomorrow they will know how we deal with imprudents...hahahahah!" Answered the ring leader with a devilish laughter.
