"Pietro? Pietro please wake up." I was taking deep shuddering breaths as I rocked back and forth on the bed. Pietro bolted upright and his face fell when he saw me.
"Oh Солнце," he said softly "it's OK Sweetheart, I'm right here." He pulled me in closer to him as tears started to trickle down my face.
"Ward was there." I choked out "He killed me and you couldn't bring me back." Pietro kissed my forehead as I snuggled into his side.
"He's not going to hurt you." Pietro said firmly "Ward is never going to touch you or our baby ever again." I smiled slightly and rested my head on his chest as we laid back down.
"I don't want to have the nightmares again." I whispered as Pietro wrapped an arm around me protectively.
"We'll figure it out." Pietro promised as I started to drift off to sleep "I love you."
"I love you too."
