Phil giggled gleefully, thinking about what had just happened not even 15 minutes before.

Dan, the Dan Howell, had asked him, Phil Lester, to be his boyfriend. Phil smiled a wide smile, the scene playing out in his mind.

"Uhm.. s-so Phil.."

"Yeah?"

"We've known each other for uh.. quite some time.." He clears his throat. "And uh.. I was wondering-" He mumbled the rest.

"What's that?"

"I said, I was w-wondering if you'd.. ah.. liketobemyboyfriend?" He said the last part very quickly and uncertainly.

Phil stared at him, mouth wide. Had he heard him correctly? "Say it again? I think I might've misheard what you said-"

"Will you be my boyfriend!" Dan exclaimed loudly, then blushed and looked down at his feet.

Phil felt himself floating. Was this really happening? "I-I-I-" he gave up trying to form a coherent sentence and flung his arms around Dan.

"S-so that's a yes?" Dan said, his voice unbelieving.

Phil nodded into his neck, smiling widely. This was a dream come true.

He giggled a soft and shy sigh at the memory, a light blush dusting his cheeks. Currently him and Dan were on the sofa, relaxing on their phones. It was rather hard since they were both over 6 feet tall men, but they were trying. Dan was squished into the crevice of the couch, Phil on his side facing him. His arm was on Dan's stomach holding his phone up to his face, and the other on the arm of the chair playing with Dan's hair. Phil looked down at Dan, who's lips were moving silently with something he was reading.

Phil so badly wanted to kiss those lips and claim them as his, but he wasn't sure how to approach it. Did he just lean down and do it? Should he ask? Maybe he'll just playfully do it, a quick peck. It was better than nothing.

Dan was also pondering the same thing. Should they even kiss since they just started dating? Or was it normal to kiss not even an hour after the relationship was formed? He'll just have to wait for the right opportunity, he told himself.

Right at that moment, Phil dropped his phone and started poking Dan's stomach. A slow, drawn out poke. He grinned as Dan didn't react. He poked a little faster. Dan's lips twitched but still nothing. A lot faster. Dan mumbled something and shifted his position slightly. Vigorous attacking fingers of death.

Dan couldn't pretend any longer. He bursted out laughing and tried in vain to cover his stomach, but Phil just went around his hands.

"Phil!" Dan screeched, hardly able to take in a breath through his fit of laughter. "Knock it off!"

Phil only grinned and started attacking more areas. Tears were rolling down Dan's cheeks as he howled and rolled around in the little space he had. Eventually Phil stopped and grinned down at his boyfriend.

Dan let out a shuddering laugh. "You spork," he breathed, blushing slightly.

Phil grinned and brushed a stray piece of hair out of Dan's face. "You love me," he said without thinking.

Dan blushed scarlet and replied in a nervous voice, "I-I do."

Phil felt his face go hot, not expecting Dan to actually say it back. A silence fell between them as they both stared at each other, taking in the others presence.

Phil was internally building up the courage to lean that little distance between them and connect their lips. Do it, he's right there! Nows the perfect time. Just lean forward just a smidge more and you'll have it. Simple as that, just go.

Heart pounding, he quickly pecked Dan on the lips, the short contact only making him want more.

Dan's eyes flew open and he blushed madly, but nothing compared to Phil. His mind was screaming and exploding, but his burning face was as neutral as possible.

"S-sorry," Phil squeaked, not meeting Dan's gaze. "I just have been w-wanting to do t-that ever since you asked me a-and I thought that now was a g-good time-"

He was cut short by Dan gently pressing his lips to Phil's in a soft, gentle kiss. Phil melted into the kiss, his hand gently cupping Dan's cheek. He would've gladly stayed like this all day, but Dan pulled away, his dark eyes meeting Phil's bright ones.

"H-how was that," he whispered, blushing a tomato color.

Phil giggled shyly and replied, "it-it was good. I-I liked it.."

Dan smiled, embarrassed at how much he too had liked it. "M-me too."

"Can we.. do i-it again?" Phil asked, not sure if he should just kiss him again.

Dan was more than willing to once again fill the gap between them.
