When the mirror told her that Tyler was still alive and once again the loveliest, Debby was not pleased. All the anger turned her entire body into crimson red.

"I can't believe my plan didn't work!" She yelled. "I thought it would destroy him for good! This time, I'm sure my plan will work! Tyler Joseph shall die! Even if it costs me my own life!"

Later that night, Tyler felt better and started his evening chores. Mark, Brendon, and Sarah were scheduled to leave for the night.

"I really hope you're feeling better." Sarah said.

"Yes Sarah, I am." Tyler replied.

"Good."

Brendon and Mark stood next to her.

"You remember what to do right?"

"Yes I do." Tyler said. "I must not let anyone in while you're away."

"Good."

Sarah hugged Tyler.

"We love you Tyler." She said. "We want you to be safe."

"Don't worry, I will."

She kissed him on the cheek.

A few minutes later, the three friends left. Tyler was alone in the house but he knew everything would be okay. Besides, he only lived with them for a week.

After finishing his work, Tyler decided to look around the house a bit. He'd only been there one time for Mark's birthday, but he'd never seen everything in the house.

However, he stopped looking when he found a keyboard sitting up against the wall. It looked similar to the one Jenna came him when he was little.

He sat in front of it and pressed one of the keys to get a sound. It was the most beautiful thing he had ever heard. Then he pressed on the rest of keys and started singing.

I waited for you today
But you didn't show, no no no
I need you today
So where did you go?

You told me to call
Said you'd be there
And though I haven't seen you
Are you still there?

I cried out with no reply
And I can't feel you by my side
So I'll hold tight to what I know
You're here, and I'm never alone

Outside the house, Josh pulled up to the driveway. He was so eager to see Tyler, especially after learning about what happened to him.

As he parked, he heard the sound of Tyler's singing.

And though I cannot see you
And I can't explain why
Such a deep, deep reassurance
You've placed in my life

Whoa, we cannot separate
Cause you're part of me
And though you're invisible
I'll trust the unseen

Josh got out of his car and followed Tyler's voice.

I cried out with no reply
And I can't feel you by my side
So I'll hold tight to what I know
You're here, and I'm not alone

Josh walked up to the side of the house and leaned his head against the window; listening to Tyler's sweet little voice.

We cannot separate
You're part of me
And though you're invisible
I'll trust the unseen

I cried out with no reply
And I can't feel you by my side
So I'll hold tight to what I know
You're here, and I'm not alone

As he finished the song, he turned his head and saw Josh at the window.

"Hey!"

He opened the window.

"What are you doing here?"

"I came to see you."

Tyler smiled and giggled.

"It's late."

"I know, isn't that a good time?"

"I guess, but you shouldn't be here."

"Why not?" Josh asked.

"I'm not allowed to let anyone in."

"Don't worry, Brendon knows I'm here."

"Really? How?"

"I told him I would come see you."

"Oh, okay."

Josh smiled.

"I liked your song."

"Thanks." Tyler said. "I wrote it for my mother."

"You're stepmother?"

"My birth mother." Tyler said. "I never knew her. She died giving birth to me. I just thought I'd write something so that I can remember who she was."

"I'm sure she was a great mother." Josh said. Same for Jenna. She took care of you, and she died protecting you. Be happy that you have your friends that love and care about you."

Tyler smiled; stretching out his hand. Josh held it.

"I love you Josh. I'm so glad you're mine."

"Me too."
