Nurses and doctors crowded around. There was hardly any space. A curtain closed for privacy. This was our special day.
Natalie looked at me " ok Gabby your little girl is ready... she's crowning it's time to push..." Matt kissed my head " you got this babe." Natalie looked " ok so on this contraction your gonna push..." I pushed " ahhhhhhhhhh" Natalie smiled "good.... again..." I pushed " ahhhghhhh" She smiled good " take a break and on again on the next contraction..."
On the next contraction I let it all go " ahhhhhh" Natalie smiled " she's almost here..." Matt looked at me " your doing great babe..." I looked at him " I'm tired..." Natalie looked at me " I know your tired, but she's almost here then you can hold her forever..."
I let out one more push and fear set in. I was scared, but so excited to hold my little girl.
