"Hey, Jessie!" All they kids yelled, rushing down the steps, so they could catch up with the older man
"There's all the kids I love so much. Small, medium, small for a girl her age, large, and Pneumonia, was it?" Jessie asked, making almost all of them laugh.
"It's Ramona." Ramona corrected, slightly embarrassed
"That's what I said...Ramonia." Jessie repeated, continuing to get her name wrong
The back-and-forth went on for a moment, as Jessie struggled to pronounce the girl's name. Wether it was on purpose or not, it was a bit amusing
Ramona rolled her eyes at his failed attempts, while Jackson and Farrah had to lean on each other to keep their laughter in control.
Once they'd finished welcoming Jessie, they decided to look for where Max had run off to.
They quickly found him in Jackson's room with toy dinosaurs spread across the older boy's comforter
"Hey! What did you do to my bed?" Jackson snapped
"I turned it into an enchanted dinosaur village." Max replied, like it was obvious.
"Dinosaurs don't live in villages though." Farrah stated
"Well mine do. It's called imagination." Max argued
"Well, this is called retaliation" Jackson snapped, knocking the whole thing off
"That's it! You jerk! That took me an hour to make!" Max cried, jumping on Jackson's back
"Whoa, whoa! Hold it there. Get off." Jessie yelled, running into the room
"He's a little turd!" Jackson replied, aiming his anger at the young boy
"And he's not living up to his full potential!" Max retaliated
"And I just have nothing better to do!" Farrah smiled, joining in.
They all looked at her with looks of annoyance, as she moved to sit on Jackson's bed, "Sorry."
"Stop it now, guys. Just say I love you and hug. Now!" Jessie begged
"What a grump-opotamus." Max said
"Get over it. I love you, hug, go." Jessie repeated
"Fine. I love you." Jackson said
"Fine. I love you, too." Max repeated
Instead of hugging, they just awkwardly touched their arms together
"Good enough. Say, who has two thumbs and can fix any kid problem? This guy." Jessie smirked, pointing to himself
"Why do you talk like that?" Max asked
"Guess who's gonna choose to ignore that? This guy!" Jessie replied, repeating the same movement
"Daddy! Daddy!" They heard Pamela yell, from the other room
