"Why are you and Hoseok together." Suga asked as soon as the two of you walked into the living room at the same time. Which was probably the same question other members thought of when you both walked in with each other.

You ignored the question at first since you were too busy looking around the living room. Hard to believe a few days ago you just killed a man on the same carpet Taehyung was standing over. You were surprised to be back here at all, considering everything that happened between you and Taehyung to helping Jin with is smuggling gone wrong.

Tae made a very happy wave towards you, which you returned softly. Finding a small hint of mutual embarrassment since the last time you two were together it got a lot more tense than this meeting atmosphere.

You also did a quick head count of everyone there, noticing that most of them who had dyed hair was fading back to their natural colors, or a few other members looked like they dyed them in shades of dark brown.

It was evident that those two boys were thinking the same way. Meeting eyes with Tae, only for him to nervously flash you a smile before going off to talk to another member. Whereas Jin was standing next to Namjoon with his arms crossed over his chest, as if you were their kid who was just called into the principle's office.

"[Y/n]." Suga asked again, more annoyed this time around.

"Happy coincidence." You told him over your shoulder as you past him with a sparing side glance. You sat on the arm rest of the couch while Namjoon waited for you to pay attention. Seeing as you and Hobi were apparently late. All the boys were quiet in the anticipation of waiting for the meeting to resume. You figured it must be hugely important of a meeting if even Hobi's expression match everyone else's serious and on edge gazes.

Unless they took missing Tv remotes on a more personal level.

"So.. Jungkook lost the remote?" You asked, not caring about how awkwardly your words cut into everyone's tension. If anything you liked randomly spatting out things, feeling like no matter how much Namjoon or the group would pin you down, they would never get you to conform to their way of doing things.

Jungkook loudly whispered to Hobi, "Hyung you told her?!" Which made Hobi do a small shrug before taking a seat.

"No [Y/n], it's more serious than that." Namjoon droned towards you, an obvious form of intimidation that worked on his members. Except you, honestly from the heat Namjoon was trying to put on you felt like you couldn't even toast bread with it.

"The remote's broken?" Being a little shit, you also slapped your hand over your mouth while gasping overdramatically.

Namjoon directed an agitated cough towards you. You bat your lashes at Namjoon out of boredom, who rolled his eyes in response before starting up his monologue once more in his meeting voice.

"As I was saying, tonight the Kang's are celebrating their daughter's birthday. As usual it's going to be a massive gala type of thing, giving us a small window of time to steal the notebook." Namjoon paused for everyone's understanding to process.

You tensed at the 'the Kangs', better known to also be called the Kings by multiple figures of the underground. Sitting up straight and alerted to what else Namjoon had to say. The Kangs were well established in the world of everything illegal, they had business in nearly everything that goes down. You learned about them quickly as you became Ace, and thankfully for yourself, never had to work a job related to them at all. Until now that is.

You shoot your hand up as soon as he stopped talking, as if you were still at school with him posing as your teacher. Catching his attention along with the other members, you asked "What's so important about this notebook, and why are we stealing from the Kangs?"
