"P' I'm not sure if this is the right place" Kit said looking around, his bag hanging on his one shoulder as he held his phone with the other. "Yeah but!...okay" He sighed switching his phone to his hand and hung up. Maybe he should have come with P'Nai, but then again he doubts neither of those idiots know where they're going most of the time.
The apartment in front looked kinda old but was spacious enough for few people. Kit craned his neck to see the court behind frowning when a tall guy was spotted playing basketball by himself. Could it be his supposed mentor? He stepped towards the court nervously combing his hair with his fingers, feeling anxious every time he stepped. His heart skipped a beat when the tall guy wiped his temple by the shirt sleeve awfully similar to someone he knows, then the guy turned his head and their eyes met momentarily making him falter on his steps.
"P'Pha..."
His breath hitched. Pha broke in to a smile which he thought one of the most genuine ones he has ever seen on his face, walking towards his immovable frame in steady strides and stopping a few feet away looking at him with warm eyes. Kit felt his heart skyrockets as Pha slowly leaned in closing the distance in between. He clenched his clammy hands suddenly feeling hard to breathe, his mind going blank unable to command his limbs to do anything except standing there like a deer caught in headlights. Pha's lips curved in to a small smirk just before they stole a peck on Kit's red cheeks.
"I missed you"
Blinking his doe eyes for few times Kit finally snapped in to the reality instinctively burying his head in Pha's chest catching him off guard and hugged him tight. Pha chuckled hugging him back and rest his chin on the silky red-brown hair inhaling the sweet vanilla coconut shampoo and sighed contently.
"....missed you too"
Kit mumbled to his chest.
"What didn't quite catch that~"
"I...missed you too"
"Come again~"
Kit made an annoyed noise and looked up scowling. "I said I missed you too! Happy?"
"Very" Pha chuckled ruffling his hair to annoy him more. Kit huffed but the redness on his cheeks wasn't subduing anytime soon.
"Your..eye"
"Ah this?" Pha pointed his black eye smiling. "It'll fade away soon. Trust me Ai'Mir had worse"
Kit looked down. "I-I'm sorry...this is all because of me-"
"Hey hey, we talked about this didn't we? It's not your fault. You had to go all through this because of me. Besides rules are rules, I do deserve punishment for what I did. If you're worried about my title, don't worry. I don't want to earn anything pretending to be something I'm not"
