Fan-freaking-tastic.

This means whoever this AA person, which I have yet to figure out who he/she even is, must have had something to do with it. I just have to figure out what AA even stands for, why do they even call themselves AA?

Maybe it's their initials? Whatever, I don't have time for this, Macie's coming to pick me up so we can go Christmas shopping so I need to get ready.

Macie: I'll be there in 10 minutes.

I shrieked as I saw her text, I looked down at my pajamas which I changed into the minute I got home from school, so I rushed upstairs to my room to change.

I threw on some ripped jeans, UGG boots, and an oversized sweater, then I took my hair out of it's a ponytail, put my glasses on. With that, I took a little purse with wallet, keys, and chapstick. Done.

When Macie arrived, I ran inside the car and she looked at me weirdly.

"What?" I asked confused

"You got ready within a few seconds didn't you?" She asked with a grin

"You're saying that like it's a bad thing," I scoffed, "I think like I look pretty decent for getting ready within only a few seconds," I smiled and crossed my arms over my chest, "Now, get driving," I demanded

She rolled her eyes and got out of my driveway, "By the way, the guys are coming too," She mentions during the drive

I turn to her, "Um, I thought this was going to be a girls thing?" I told her

"And it was," She says, "Until I invited the guys."

"Why did you invite them?" I narrowed my eyes at her, she was up to something I just knew it

"Because two of them like you," She wiggles her eyebrows at me and she smiles like Cheshire Cat

My eyebrows pulled together, "Um, what?" I looked her confused

"Oh come on!" She scoffed, "You really can't tell me you're stupid enough to not know this right?" She asks as we parked in front of the mall

I cocked my head, "Oh my gosh" She facepalmed herself," Zach and Felix!" She exclaimed

"Yeah, what about them?" My forehead creased

"They like you!" She exclaimed frustrated

"Of course they do we're friends," I told her, "I don't know what you're getting all frustrated for."

"I don't mean in that way Mei," She rubbed her face, "I mean in a romantic way."

What?

"No, they don't!" I told her with a laugh "I highly doubt that trust me, besides I don't even have feelings for them, plus we've already established that I like Marcus already," I told her with both of my eyebrows raising up

"Feelings can change you know," Macie smirks at me

"Well mine won't," I said unbuckling my seat belt, "Now let's go," I said as we got out of the car

"If you say so," Macie told me in a sing-song voice

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes as reached the front of the mall

Luckily, Macie found a parking spot up front which was a good thing considering I hated when the only parking spots left were far back, because that included a long walk and I did not want a long walk, especially in this cold weather.

"So, where are we going first?" I asked Macie tucking a strand of hair behind my ear

"Well, the guys aren't here yet, so we still have some time to shop alone before they get here," She responded, "And since I wanted to shop for my mom first let's go to NY&Company."

"How long until they get here?" I asked her

"Not sure, so we should hurry up," Macie said to me

"What are you getting your mom for Christmas?" I asked, "Do you know yet?"

"I have a few ideas in mind," She told me as we walked in

While we searched for a some Christmas presents for Macie's mom, I also was able to find some things for my mom that I knew she would like so I took advantage and bought them immediately.

When we exited the store Macie told me that the guys had arrived and that we were all going to the food court and meet up there. What she didn't know though was that I texted Marcus to come and he was also coming to meet us here.

I smiled at thought of getting to see him, I was super excited.

"What are you smiling about?" Macie's eyes narrowed

"Oh uh, just happy that we're going to eat," I lied giving her a smiled

Macie chuckles, "Figures."

When we got to the food court we saw the guys walking with trays in their hand with food, they smiled at us and pointed to the table where they were going to sit at.

"I'm getting food at Chick-Fil-A," I told her

She nodded and pointed towards Panda Express when I got to the line which thankfully wasn't long, Marcus texted me saying he was headed to the food court and I told him I was at Chick-Fil-A.

When I reached further up into the line I saw Marcus walking in, when his eyes met mine he smiled beautifully. I waved and motioned for him to come.

"Hey," He told me breathlessly

"Hi," I smiled brightly

"Sorry I came so late, I had stuff I was doing when you texted me-"

"Oh no! You're totally fine! Trust me, I'm sorry if I bothered you," I apologized truthfully, I hope I wasn't a bother to him

"Eh, it wasn't that important anyway, I'm glad you texted me," Marcus told me still keeping a smile on his face

My face heated up, I quickly untuck the strand of hair behind my ear and discreetly try to cover up my red face hoping he wouldn't notice. When we got our food, we walked over to the table to where everyone sat and noticed Macie was already there with the guys, I hope we didn't take to long.

"Hey guys," I smiled as we reached the table

"Hey Mei," Adrian greeted me

"Hi," Felix smiled at me but when he saw Marcus his expression turned into what seemed like..angry?Annoyed? I couldn't really put my finger on it

I saw him nudge Zach who was too engrossed in his food, of course, I tried hard not to laugh.

"What gives you the reason to interrupt my food time?" Zach asked Felix annoyed

"Mei's here," Felix told him with a tight smile

"Oh," Zach's annoyed expression warmed, he looked up at me, "Hey Mei," He said but then his smiled dropped again when he saw Marcus, "And...Matthew?" He asked with a glare

"Marcus," I corrected him

"There aren't any extra seats," Felix told him

I looked and saw the only seat empty was in between Zach and Felix but there was still space to add in an extra seat.

"No problem," I said placing my tray in between Adrian and Macie before grabbing an extra chair from another table, "There still space to add in another seat," I told Felix sliding the chair in between Macie and Adrian and sitting in it

I looked at Marcus who had an uncomfortable expression, I nodded towards the seat in between Felix and Zach. At first, he looked hesitant to sit in it, but he did eventually.

"Just great," I heard Felix and Zach mutter at exact same time

What was their problem?
