Awkward.

That was one word to describe this situation right now. As we all are eating at the food right now, I couldn't help but notice at how Felix and Zach kept constantly glaring at Marcus.

Adrian clears his throat, "So, Marcus," Adrian says breaking the awkward silence, "You play lacrosse right?" He asks him

"Uh yeah," Marcus answers before taking a sip of his drink

"Cool, do you play any other sports?" Adrian asks Marcus

"Soccer."

"Zach plays soccer too!" I exclaimed

"Probably better too," I heard Zach mutter

"Zach, You've never even seen Marcus play," I defended Marcus

"Neither have you," He retorted

"And how would you know?" I arched an eyebrow

"Well, have you?" He asks tilting his head

I stayed quiet and took a bite of my food not wanting to say anything else.

"No, it's okay, Zach probably plays better anyways, I'm better at lacrosse than I am at soccer," Marcus tells us

"I'm sure you're just as good," I told him with a smile

Zach scoffed rolling his eyes.

Why was he being so rude to Marcus? Zach was never like this.

After we all awkwardly ate our foods in silence Macie grab me by the wrist and dragged me into the bathroom.

"Why would you do that!?" Macie exclaimed at with a frustrated face

''Do what? Invite Marcus?" I questioned and she nods, "I was just doing the exact same thing you did me,'' I pulled my wrist away from her hold, "Evening the scores," I told her folding my arms across my chest

"That was not evening the scores! I invited the guys for a good reason," Macie told me still frustrated

"I already told you that I don't have feelings for them, Macie," I sighed

"Fine, whatever you say," She says before walking out of the bathroom with me following behind her

Macie and I ended getting a text from the guys telling us a specific store to meet them at. When we reached the entrance of the store, I saw Felix and Zach both talking and seemed to be in an intense conversation and I saw Adrian and Marcus both talking together on then opposite side of store.

"I wonder what's going on with Felix and Zach," I told Macie furrowing my eyebrows, "They seem...I don't know, they just don't seem happy they seem to be frustrated and annoyed." I told her not being able to pick up on exactly what they were feeling

"Oh, I wonder why," Macie said in a sarcastic tone

I rolled ignoring her, "I'll be right back," I told her walking towards where Felix and Zach wanting to check if they were okay

"Hey guys," I smiled as I reached them

They both immediately stopped talking and their heads look in my direction.

"Are you guys okay?" I asked, "You seem to be...I don't know angry or something," I say, "Not at each other right?" I asked them

"No," Felix spoke up, "We're not mad at each other," Felix tells me looking at Zach

"Then what's wrong? Because you guys seem to be mad," I said

"We're just-" Felix starts because gets cuts off
