*You guys had gone over to your parents place for dinner after discussing plans for when you'd buy a house with him. It was odd for your parents to invite you over since you usually where busy or they were out of town.

However, this was going to be tbe first dinner they'd have with you and him both so they wanted to make it special, your mother cooking her best meal while your father brought some booze for him.

However, the real test for him would come unplanned when you came to say:

"Daddy pass me the salt,"

And to your horror, both him and your father reached for it.*

Jin:

Jin would have a heart attack, pulling his hand back before reaching for his forhead as if scratching it, attempting to continue rambling in hopes of getting the attention off of what was just about to happen.

"Haha, yeah and so the house is going to be big enough to have you over for holidays or as guest..."

Jin at home:

"HOW COULD YOU LET ME MAKE A FOOL OF MYSELF JAGIYAAA I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME (ಥ_ಥ)"

(Turns on Alexa and asks her to play fake love).

Namjoon:

Namjoon would act as if nothing happened, letting your father pass you the salt before asking you for it, playing it off as if he had been trying to get it before you asked.

"Oh yes, she was the one who- hey once you're done I need the salt- as I was saying..."

Namjoon at home:

"Look kitten, if your mom now thinks her food was bland I will have a thing or two in mind when it comes to punishment for the embarrassment you put me through. -_-#"

Hoseok:

Hoseok was confused. Confused as to what to say or what way to act. He simply awkwardly smiled and looked away.

(under his breath) "Sonofa-ifuckedup"

Hoseok at home:

"..."

(In his mind) "we haven't even married and I already fucked up, watch them hate my guts for the rest of my life, my kids are never going to hear the end of this, god how could I have fucked up that much, how hard was it to have not responded, hoseok for fucks sake what have you done?"
