Kao- Alfred! What a pleasant surprise to see you! Sorry about that by the way kinda stressing out today

Kao said cheerfully while rubbing his head

Alfred- Yeah sorry about that too I'm also kinda struggling through something

Kao- Oh? How come?

Alfred- I'm trying to find a gift for Mystery...

Kao- ugh same this mall is not fulfilling our needs today

Alfred- Glad you get me but hey do you perhaps want help

Kao- no, no it's fine you need to find a gift for Mystery and I don't wanna waste more time

Alfred- Don't worry about it just common at least let me help you a bit maybe you can even help me if ya want.

Kao hesitated for a moment but sighed softly

Kao- Fine...

Alfred smiled and started walking as Kao followed along. While they were looking around and talking about their lover's interest Alfred noticed an art store. He suddenly remembered Rex drawing a manga to show Alfred his talent when they were hanging out at the park. This made Alfred grab Kao's hand and speed walk towards the shop. When they made it in there was a bunch of art materials of many kinds making the hybrids gulp, knowing they were gonna struggle for a while.

An hour almost past and finally found where the dip pens were making them sigh in relief. Kao grabbed one packet of different sizes...

Kao- how about these?

Alfred- Perfect! These will help him so much compare to the old ones he had

Kao- great then let's get the heck outta here, this place feels like a maze

Kao said looking all worn out by all the walking, Alfred nodded

Alfred- Alright now let's find the cashier

Kao's eyes widen and passed out making Alfred chuckle and casually pick up the ram on his shoulder. He knew this was gonna happen the moment they were at the entrance so it didn't surprise him. While walking he found an employee who lead him the way and soon paid.

Kao soon woke on the bench, confused. When he turned his head he saw Alfred sitting down scrolling through his phone.

Kao- what happened?

Alfred- you passed out so I carried you and paid

This made the ram stunned

Kao- You paid!?

Alfred- yep

Alfred said still scrolling to his social media

Kao- But I was gonna pay!

Alfred- too bad, I paid first

Kao looked annoyed but smirked soon after

Kao- well...then I'm gonna pay for Mystery gift!

This made the mutt stop scrolling

Alfred- what?

Kao- you heard me...I'm gonna pay

The Shiba glared

Alfred- no you won't

Kao grinned

Kao- wanna bet?

Out of nowhere, Alfred started chasing Kao but the ram was too fast. Even with mini legs, no one can stop him with his determination. Also since Kao was short he can easily hide and continue on his mission.
