abilities that the user is able to do are:
water cyclone (most used): the user forms a circular torrent of water in front of their hands and uses the cyclone of water to attack their target.
water body: user is able to turn their body into water- nothing is able to hit the user, it'll just go through their body. can only use it up to 10 seconds.
water slicer: user creates a small sharp blades of water that are able to cut through objects, depending on how much power is put into it user can cut through rocks and steel.
water nebula: two waves of water spin around each other and form a helix to blast the opponent into the air with force.
creation: allows the user to mold or create something by concentrating their quirk into their hands, like an element, into different shapes or forms (example: can create a house, hand, cat, etc. anything outta water)
water lock: the user can make a large sphere of water that can be used to attack their target while they are trapped inside it. the water can be frozen, allowing the one trapped inside to escape.
weaknesses:
user cannot drink their own water
user gets dehydrated quickly
user is able to change the temperature of their water to hot, cold or warm how much they want to attack or to keep body warm/cold. but, if they go too cold they could get hypothermia or frostbite. if too hot, user can sweat a lot and possibly faint
