I am going to try to explain Canadian stereotypes the best that I can.
False:
1) We love cold and spend all our time in the snow.
Okay, first of all, I am totally intolerant of the cold, and second, I am dying from the heat here.
2) We say "oot and aboot" and pronounce things weirdly.
I don't know a single person who has ever said that in thier entire life.
3) We are all annoying.
Who the heck came up with the idea that annoying people are automatically Canadian? I mean, I can't personally say that this is wrong, because I am EXTREMELY annoying myself, so....
True:
1) We like to tell everyone we're Canadian .
I am obviously doing that right now.
2) We say "eh?"
I know some people are screaming at me right now, but I do know some people that say eh from time to time.
3) We all love Tim Horton's.
Who doesn't love some coffee and donuts? Seriously.
4) We always say sorry.
This is actually true for me. If someone accidentally trips me, I'll say sorry.
That's all I have to say right now.
