I know Duane doesn't like the idea of me getting to know Zion. But I really don't care at this point. I just want to have a little fun and I think Zion is the perfect person for that.
Zion and I texted for an hour straight before I started getting ready. We found out that he likes the same music as I do and listen to the same artists.
6:09 pm I started getting ready when Zion called me. To be honest, I was kinda nervous. I've never heard his voice before. What if he sounds like a little girl and it'll only annoy me tonight. I picked up the phone and said "hi" in a shy voice.
"Hi mamas" I don't know if it were those words or the way his voice sounded in my ear but these two words sent chills through my body. My eyes widened and I swallowed my saliva.
"Are you still there?"
"Yes I am. It's just different to hear the voice that matches the photos and all the sweet talks."
"In a good way or a bad way?"
"I'm not telling you."
"Ouch" I heard a sigh coming from his mouth which made me giggle. "Are you on your way yet?"
"I'm getting ready."
"That's what you said 30 minutes ago." He's obviously waiting for me. "If you don't hurry up I'm picking your ass up."
"You don't know my addie, pretty boy."
"Pffff.. well hurry up, I wanna see you."
"Desperate much."
"See you soon." That's when he hung up and I made my way to my car.
After driving for 15 minutes, which is really short, I made it to Zions house. I was still sitting in my car that I parked in front of his door. I gathered some balls and walked to the front door.
