When Zoe heard the door opening she got up from her seat of the couch and turned to the door. "Where have you been? I was worried." The meta said, worry filled her voice and the woman infront of her sighed. The woman stayed silent and Zoe stepped forward while the woman stepped backwards. "Nora-" Zoe began softly, but she was cut off. "Lia and I met someone. A speedster named Godspeed. Because of him I was rushed into the hospital. And that's not even the craziest part. The doctors found something inside me." Then Nora pulled out a small glass object that contained a piece of metal. A chip. "My whole life you have been lying to me. You have kept a huge secret from me. Does this look familiar?" She held up the object and looked at her mother before she sped infront of her. "How about now?" She asked and Zoe recognized the chip Nora was holding. "I can explain-" She started and Nora scoffed. "You have been lying to me. Not only that I was a speedster but that I was like you, too, Mom. Or should I say Storm?" Nora said and Zoe gulped. "Nora, I have been protecting you with that chip." Zoe said. "No, Mom. You have been keeping a choice from me I didn't even know I had." Nora said softly. "Who else knew?" She asked and Zoe sighed. "Everyone." She whispered and for a moment Nora's eyes flickered silver before she inhaled air and let it out shakily. "I have lost so much, Nora. I couldn't risk losing you, too." Zoe softly said and Nora shook her head before she looked up. "Where are these powers coming from?" Nora asked and Zoe sighed deeply. "Some of it is from Storm, yes. But the lightning that's coursing through your veins..." Zoe bit her lip and looked at Nora. "Tell me." Nora softly whispered. When Zoe shook her head, Nora scoffed and then sped out of the loft and through the city.

When she reached the Flash museum she wandered through the halls and let her hand wander the walls. As Nora reached a certain place on the wall with her wall, the wall opened itself and Nora curiously went into the old time vault. She gasped as she saw old suits and boxes. "What-" The woman's voice was quiet and her voice was filled with surprise. "Hello, Nora Black-Allen." A friendly, yet strange voice greeted her and Nora turned around to discover Gideon, the artificial intelligence. "How can I help you?" Gideon asked and Nora frowned before she turned around. "You- You know who I am?" She asked confused and faced Gideon. "Yes. You are Nora Black-Allen, daughter of Zoe Black, also known as Storm and Barry Allen, also known as The Flash." Nora gasped slightly and looked shocked to Gideon. "Are- are you saying that my father, Barry Allen, is The Flash?" She asked. "Yes. Would you like me to play your video message?" Nora lookd once again confused to the artificial intelligence. "My video message?" She asked confused. "From your parents, Zoe Black-Allen and Barry Allen.." Gideon answered. "Play it." Nora whispered softly.

Suddenly, a distressed Barry appeared on screen. Next to him was Zoe. Both were in their respective suits. "Nora, we don't have much time." Barry started and then the screen glitched for a moment. "If you're seeing this it means that you're like us. You have powers. And it also means that we weren't there to show you how to use them." Zoe said and tears silently rolled down her cheeks. In the background Nora saw something red and voices and gunshots overlapping.

"Remember, my sweet Nora, always remember that we love you. And we always will." Barry said and Zoe's eyes and hair changed before Nora heard something else. "Get down!" Then Zoe looked at Barry for one moment before she turned around and ran towards the overlapping voices and gunshots. And so the video message ended and Nora blinked a few times before realizing something. Gideon appeared again and Nora looked  up to it. "Was- was my mother with the speedsters when they all disappeared?" Nora asked slowly. "Yes, Zoe Black-Allen fought alongside The Flash in the crisis but she disappeared before The Flash did. It is unknown as to why she disappeared." Gideon answered. Then Nora turned around, grabbed a jacket that looked very familiar and sped out of the time vault and the Flash museum. Outside of it, she put the jacket on and then she began to run as fast as she could.

Zoe's POV:

Iris and I walked through Central City after I finished my shift in the Jitters and I looked around. "Are you okay? You've been awfully quiet the last week." Iris said and I sighed. "It's Storm! She told Barry I have feelings for him." I said and Iris looked surprised. "Wow... So, um, is she right?" She asked and now I looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "What? No, of course not." I said, unsure about the words that were coming out of my mouth. "Then why would she say something like that if it weren't true?" Iris asked and I sighed. "I don't know, Iris!" I raised my voice and immediately stopped walking and closed my eyes for a moment. I took a deep breath and exhaled after opening my eyes. "I'm sorry." I whispered and Iris nodded. "It's okay, really."

"Anyway... how have you been handling Storm?" Iris asked and I sighed deeply. "Well, we don't really talk anymore. Whenever we go on missions I just fall asleep and wake up in the cortex afterwards. Cisco said that Storm is quiet, only talking when she has to and she avoids to talk to Barry, so..." Suddenly, our phones chimed and we both got a text from Cisco saying we should come to Star Labs right now. Iris and I shared a look and then turned around and made our way to it.
