Hiccup's POV:

My name is Hiccup Haddock, I work at a normal coffee shop called 'Spice And Cinnamon' (I made that up...imagine if it was a real coffee shop name though XD) I've worked here for two years now and it's always the same routine, nothing new. I've been trying to work as hard as I can to enter a university soon. I really miss the old days where life was simple and I never worried about these things, but its always hard when you're growing up, a new chapter starts and a new life begins.

"Excuse me, can I have a Cappuccino, please? I'm in a big hurry." I looked up to answer the costumer, but what caught my eye was a blonde haired girl with diamond blue eyes, her pink lips more colorful than a spring blossom, her beautiful face that could attract any guy. I froze there staring at the face of a familiar, she seemed that way at least, all I could do is stare at her lips as they opened to talk but was cut off when another blonde, a lighter shade, came up to her and asked the beautiful woman:

"Astrid c'mon, we have to hurry, we have an essay to write."

"I'll be right there Elsa, I just need to get my drink."

"Okay, well...Excuse me sir, if you're done staring at my friend, you can go ahead to your own friends and get her order!"

I snapped out of my trance and immediately nodded their way as I started with the blonde's order. Astrid huh? She has to be the one I'm thinking about.

Blonde hair? Check

Diamond blue eyes? Check

Pink lips? Check

Beautiful face? Check

Angelic voice? Again, check

The said woman's order was done and I quickly turned and gave it to her to which she said a quick thanks while placing some money on the counter. She ran to a table at the far corner where the other blonde sat with books and stationary filling the table's surface. Boy, these girls are-

"Boy, these girls are serious with their work."

I looked behind me to see my best bud, Jack. He and I have been friends since middle school and we are both now working here to get into university. But I think one of the reasons we became friends was because we keep reading each others minds, like right now. I went back to cleaning the cups and waiting for any new order as Jack started a conversation:

"So Hic, you feeling okay?

"Well considering the order I got a few minutes ago was from a girl I knew and fell in love with since primary school, my feelings are hurt considering she doesn't seem to know me."

"....Wut?"

"....Did I say that out loud?"

"Uh, yes! Dude that's...cool yet harsh."

"How is that cool?"

"Remember back how I taught you a few puns."

"A few?"

"Okay maybe a thousand, but do you remember 'em?"

"Yes, but how does that have anything to do with-"
