There he was. His eyes were scrutinizing everyone on the street with a glare on his face. He doesn't know these people yet he thinks it's ok to judge them like they're a spider caught in a web. I'm such an idiot, I should have never argued with him. If I never argued with him maybe he would have heard me out but...that would have been impossible.

He is the most feared man in San Diego if not San Diego then probably in the whole world. He casually unbuttoned his blazer and started to walk down the steps of the building making his way over to his car. I don't he has noticed me yet or he probably forgot what I even look like. Here is my chance.

"Mr Peace?" I ask out loud from where I was standing.

He immediately stopped in his steps and retreated his way over to me

He immediately stopped in his steps and retreated his way over to me. Gulping I shook from his stare as it brought the creeps inside of me. He scrunched his eyebrows together and started looking me up and down.

Does he recognise me?

Does he recognise me?

"What?!" He asked in a disrespectful tone.

Maybe coming here was a bad idea.

"I....um....my name's Sofie Koenraad, I...I was here before a-"

"I know who you are!" He fires back impatiently.

People around us were starting to look but that was the least of my problems. I really need to get this man on my good side otherwise the chances I think I'll have would be gone.

"I just need you to hear me out" I ask him desperately. He simply rolls his eyes at me and fishes something out of his pocket, which was his phone. He gave me one last look and started to walk off. No. Stepping away from my car I started to walk fast after him in order to catch up with his pace. "Please Mr Peace" I say. Walking along with him this time I look at the side of his face which looked unbothered as if I wasn't standing next to him and pleading. "You have to understand my situation. You're the only person who can really help me out" I say a little louder because of the sudden traffic that had emerged on the road but there was still no reaction from him.

"Miss Koenraad please leave my sight before I do something you'll regret" He replies back calmly.

He puts his phone back in his pocket and starts to walk a little faster.
