Jungkook

The sun's light hit my eyes forcing them to slowly open up. I shifted my body the other way to be met with my blaring alarm clock. The room was filled with an annoying ringing, I swiftly hit the clock hearing a thud once my palm made contact with the object. I didn't feel like moving at all today, why I mean who wants to wake up around 6:00? My feet touched the cold wooden floor sending shivers down my back and immediately jumped back on the bed. A sigh escaped my mouth as I reached for my phone, as I opened it a message was on my screen from my best, yet menacing friend, Jimin:

JM: Gm Kookie :) just wanted to know if  you maybe have any black earrings?

JK: Yeah I do, why do you need them?

JK: You going for an edgy look today?

I chuckled at my text, Jimin is that type of person who loves to express himself, always coming up with extraordinary looks. He is one of the most handsome boys in the school and loves the attention he gets, I'm not that well known but I'm not that lonely either, you could say I was the average kid with good grades and athletic (not to brag).

JM: No no not at all, I just wanna try something new, could I wear them today please?

JK: Sure

JM: Ah thank you Jungkookie
I love youu <3333

JM: Say it back.

JK: no

JM: I SAID SAY IT BACK.

JK: nope I'm leaving
you on read bye :)

JM: (typing...)

Before Jimin could send whatever he was typing I turned off my phone and headed to the bathroom with a grin on my face. He knows I'm messing with him but I also know I'm gonna get yelled at when I get to school.

I washed my face with warm water, draining the exhaustion out of me. I dried my face with the towel next to me and looked into the mirror and bit the inside of my cheek. I'm fine with the way I look: an average senior, yet it just isn't as good compared to everyone else, especially that one hot cliché guy that goes to my school. The thing about him though, is that he isn't the most friendliest person in the world, at least towards me he isn't.

He's the type to cause mischief and trouble. Nothing but a fuckboy. Gets girls, dates them for maybe a week then throws them away like trash. Yet those same sluts chase after him. We don't have the best friendship, no; we don't have a friendship. It's just a feud. Its not a big deal though, It's the last year of high school and I doubt we're going to the same college. But one day I wish he could discard his little personality of troublesome. I would in fact love to do an act as revenge, but I know that factor would only lead to something worse; thus I never planned on it.

The boy doesn't seem to give a shit about anyone anyways.

I exited the bathroom and changed into a black hoodie and ripped jeans. Unlike Jimin I don't really care about what I wear. I opened my dressing table and took out a box of black earrings, putting it in my bag then zipping it. As I make my way downstairs an aroma of pancakes trailed to the kitchen. Excited, I went to the kitchen to be met with my mom making my favorite dessert (ah yes, for breakfast).

"Good morning Jungkook." She she said in a voice doused in sweetness.

"Hey mom," I smiled at her as she came over to me and set down a plate of pancakes.
