Chapter 18

Camila's POV

"Nobody special..." she hesitated "come here" she said hit the mattress between hwr legs, I crawled up there, she wrapped her arms around my body and brushed her nose down my neck "you smell good..." she commented, posing a delicate kiss on the spot

"I know" I leaned on her, ignoring the chills "who were you talking to?"

"I already told you my love, it was nobody.." she smiled

"It was clearly someone" I answered "from Miami?"

"Let that" she invaded again, I sighed heavily "curious.." she said and kissed my cheek.

We ended up spending the rest of the afternoon there, lying around, doing nothing special, but at the same time it was the perfect plan.

"Girls..." my mom came into the room, making us laugh "let's go shopping?"

I saw Lauren, who accepted the invitation with good pleasure.

"Oh, that's right !? With me it's all a drama to go, but with my mom I didn't pretend to be brave."

"Love, they are my first in-laws" I answered :I need to win them, don't I !?"
I began to laugh, leaving a light kiss on her lips.

We got ready and went to the mall with my parents, when we arrived they went to one side and we went to another, being found in the place of meals in an hour. I interlocked my fingers with hers as we walked through the place.

"Look, that's absurd!" I exclaimed, seeing the price of a single pair of earrings. Only someone crazy enough would pay so much for this thing

I left the store even without being able to believe the price of that small material.

"If I tell you that I already paid a lot more for something that only ruined my life, what would you answer me?" she asked the question, as if she were talking about time.

"That now it doesn't matter anymore.."

"That's why I love you" she said and wrapped her arm around my waist, kissing the top of my head "hey, what do you think about this ring?" It was in front of a showcase.

"It's nice" I said and smiled.

"Would you use it?" she asked

"It depends" I said

"On what?" she asked again

"Whoever gives it to me..." I winked, taking her to continue the ride.

The night was nice, however we didn't take long there. Soon we were at home. And my mom haven't forgive, she put a mattress in her room so I could sleep there, leaving Lauren alone in mine.

The next morning, when I woke up, she was not at home.

"Mami, where was Lauren?" I asked, running down the stairs.

"Hm, I don't know angel" she continued with the look in the mass that moved, while I entered the kitchen "she warned that she would do some things and left"

I went back to the living room and sat on the sofa. After what happened in the club it is inevitable not to think about the worst. But, at the moment when I was going to start to despair, they rang the bell.

"Good morning sleepy head..." she entered, smiling, but then her smile was erased when she saw me serious "what?"

"What what?" I said, unable to believe it, closing the door. "You leave like that no more and you didn't even leave a message"

"Sorry, love, I didn't want you to get up"

"Lauren, where were you?" I followed her around the house.
