Chapter 9

Rayver just came by late at night and brought cakes for us to share. Nasa office kami at nag sisiksikan sa sofa and just stares at each other. He stole another kiss from me and just can't stop saying things to my heart so now it was beating numerously.

"stop blushing wife... you're making it hard for me" nagulat naman ako sa sinabi nito.

"Rav you know this things that we are doing is not right. Right?" tingin lang nito sakin "we are cheating. This we are doing is cheating for our fiancés. We are hiding something from them then another hiding schemes for ahm... this?" senyas ko naman sa itchura namin.

"are you uncomfortable?" tinanong niya pa talaga yun? Samantalang I putted my legs on his lap.

"do I look like I'm uncomfortable?" tawa nito sakin. "seryoso po kasi. Why are you doing this? We should at least separate ways for us to prove the court that the marriage certificate is not true"

"it is not really true wife. Someone forge our signature. But I don't know why I wanted to be here with you" lantang gulay naman ako sa sinabi nito.

"aaahhh! You're making this hard for us!" suko kong sabi rito pero natawa lang siya sakin.

"it is really hard wife. Naguguluhan din ako" seryoso nitong sabi bigla. "we need to void our marriage... and we are literally cheating behind them... but I can't stop myself going here... hindi ko rin mapaliwanag but I am happy wife... I really am" lambing nitong paliwanag at mas lalo namang natunaw ang puso ko. But I have to avoid it. Nakakainis!!!

Iniba nalang din naman namin ang topic. Ayaw konang mag stay dun dahil parehas lang kaming naguguluhan. Pero yung reactions ng katawan namin sa isa't isa talaga namang hindi na napigilan. While eating kinilala lang din naman namin ang isa't isa. But our position changed. Naka akbay na ito sakin while I rest on her chest and just look up for me to see him at siya naman ay naka yuko para makita ako.

He even love kissing me at tuwang tuwa rin naman akong tinutugun yun pag lumalalim. Punong puno lang din naman kami ng tawanan but ng lumalim na ang gabi ay nag paalam nadin ito. He kissed me for the last time bago kami lumabas ng office at sa doorway ko nalang din ito hinatid.

After I showered I went straight to my bed to sleep. I'm suppose to fell asleep right away because of all the stress that happens today pero it all vanish when Rav went here and just spend some time with each other.

Ang hirap ng sitwasyon na to sa totoo lang dahil we both are committed to someone else tapos lately nalaman namin that we're married without us knowing. And then suddenly the feelings changes. Syempre alam naming mali yun, it's just that it was not planned to be that way. Basta kusang nag rereact ang katawan namin sa isa't isa pag mag katabi kami. At dun ako naloloka!

The next day I woke up late because of me thinking about what's happening between me and Rayver. And now I have to rush myself to my office dahil andun na ang mga ka meeting ko. I apologies through call at hopefully they would understand when I arrive.

"oh God I'm sorry! Are they all here?" tanong ko kay Dorothy.

"yes! 15 minutes ago. Mag kasunod lang din kayo ni Atty. Sally. Andyan na si Brianna pati yung manager niya and even her boyfriend" nagulat naman ako dahil nasa loob nadin si Rayver. Shocks hindi ko inaasahan na sasama siya. Tsk!

Pag pasok ko ay nang hingi ako ng sorry sa lahat bago man lang namin simulan ang discusyon. Sally spoke to them and even explain the damages that they cause and they have to pay for that. It was written all of it in the contract na pinirmahan nila so obviously kailangan nilang pag dusahan yun.

"I wanted to say sorry as well for not behaving yesterday. It's just all about the stresses that I'm having... I won't excuse myself to that but ahm... well I'm thinking if you would at least let me try another shoot for the second chance to at least seal this deal. You don't have to pay me and I'll still pay for the damages of course" kwento nito samin.

Tinignan ko naman si Edith na nasa harap ko but tinaasan niya lang ako ng kilay dahil napag usapan nadin namin ito kahapon kasama ng aking team. Na conclude na nila kasi yun dahil lagi daw ganun ang ginagawa nito pag may pag kakamali siya. Pero we won't agree like the others kasi it's part of her misbehaving. Part narin siguro na para malinis siya sa kumakalat na issue tungkol dito.

"I'm sorry Brianna... we would love to but we already decided yesterday with our team that we will remove you. Hindi lang kami ni Rain ang nag decide nito but the whole team. It's inappropriate to give you one more chance dahil hindi namin lahat nagustuhan ang ginawa mo" napayuko naman ako sa sinabi ni Edith. It was true though. Ayoko lang makita ang hurtful reaction niya kasi everybody needs a second chance but it won't feel the same way. So better stop before it would go worse.

Nang matapos naman ang aming pag uusap ay nag kanya kanyang paalam naman nadin ito. Umiwas lang din naman ako kay Rav dahil na aawkwardan akong makita siya ngayon at nasa tabi niya si Brianna. Buti nalang nga at umalis nadin sila. Nag pahinga nalang muna ako sa office ko at dun ko natanggap ang text ni Rav.

Meet you in Zoeys' Restaurant in an hour.

Hindi ko naman na ito sinagot pa at si Jescy naman ang tinawagan ko. Jes called and told me that she can't come dahil nga nakalimutan niya palang may meeting siya with a client ng lunch time. So hinayaan ko nalang din saka nalang din muna ako nag open ng emails ko.

Nag paalam naman na muna ako sa office saka ako pumunta ng restaurant. Masyado pang maaga kaya alam kong nag kalat nanaman ang medias sa kung saan. Hindi sila bulgaran dahil harassment yun para samin lalo na at wala namang event. Though fame whore ang lahat ng tao sa paligid at kukuha sila ng picture para sila din mismo ay sumikat. Yun ang nakakainis.

When I arrived at the restaurant the waiter assist me to the VIP room that Rav had reserve for us. He's there already and some guy who has the same age as him. Lumapit agad sakin si Rav at humalik saking pisngi bago ako pinakilala sa kasama nito.

"this is Scott my lawyer" lahad ng kamay nito.

"Rj" sabi ko ng pangalan ko. He gave a weird face na parang minumukaan ako. And for sure he knows me because of my work. Inalalayan naman ako ni Rav sa aking upuan.

"where is Carlos? akala ko he will join us" baling ko kay Rav.

"well Carlos ditched us. Mukhang sinadya. How about Jes?"

"may client meeting" tango naman nito sakin.

"so this is your wife?" tanong agad nito kay Rav at saka naman tumango ang isa. "why would you void your marriage with this lovely wife of yours?" it's a compliment and an insult for me. Oh God!

"I already told you man. I didn't know that we are married in the first place. Plus I personally met her only on the day we know that we are fucking married" tango ko naman sa sinagot nito.

"okay?! So... let me hear it" Rav started to tell our story to Scott. That we really didn't know that we are married and we didn't even know the judge who signed. And we're not the one who signed those and even file it. We show him the pictures on that same day kung nasan kami at kung sino ang mga kasama namin.

"and no witness even signed the papers. Is it possible that they filed it kahit kulang yun?" singit ko rito when Rav finishes.

"first, there are possibilities that someone helped them to file it. Basta may kakilala kang mataas na position na makakapag pagawa nun ay maififile agad ito. Second, walang witness na makakapag patunay na kinasal nga kayo so isa na yun sa makakapag panalo sa inyo. Third, I think we need someone na mataas na tao din sa gobyerno na makakatulong satin na burahin ang papel na to" tingin naman nila saking parehas.

"wait?! You want my dad to be included in this? I can't do that! Isang hingi lang ng tulong ng ama ko sa kung sino pinag pye-pyestahan na agad ng media. Lalo na pag sa gantong issue at dawit pa ako" kalmado kong sagot dito.

"yun lang ang tanging paraan para ma void agad ito sa korte. Malakas na tulong na iyon sainyo para mabura na agad. It's against the law. Kung annulment naman hindi agad agad ma pro-proseso iyon ng mabilis. Kasal kayo sa batas, though walang witness na pumirma at patay na ang kunong nag kasal sainyo. May witness nga kayo kung nasan kayo ng mga oras na yun at lahat din sila ay ipapatawag sa husgado. Now give me an answer for this. We need those people kahit bali-baliktarin niyo man ang mundo" napa buntong hininga naman ako. Akala ko hindi kona sila madadawit pa pero mukhang dun at dun din ang bagsak namin. Especially in my case. We're so doomed!
