Chapter 19 "Unlucky Zane"

Cindy's POV

"Is Alexandra okay?" Kenneth asked.

"She's fine. There's no sign of injuries." –Faith.

I still can't believe that Kenneth just used his two fingers to kill a beast. I never saw anyone like him that can do that before except for Mrs. Lori and the other masters.

Most enchanters like on our age can't do that because once you're using your hands in using your magic for a big attack and can't control the powers very well then it results to wounds and injuries.

But from what I have seen in Kenneth's hands, it is just fine like nothing happened.

Alexandra's POV

"Are you okay? Everyone was worried." –Hector.

"I'm just fine." I replied and smiled.

"Why are you always keeping on smiling like that when you can just tell me the truth?" He said.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You can't just smile rather than sharing what you are felling today."

"Don't worry... I'm really am fine."

Cindy entered the room.

"Alex!" Cindy yelled.

"You're too loud!" I said.

"Shut up!" She said and sat on the bed beside me.

After the incident, Kenneth carried me until we reached at the top of the Mountain of Harmony. And the first thing they did is entering a house and placed me to the bed.

They even asked Faith to double cheek me if I have injuries.

And I was like... I always keep on telling them that I'm fine.

"Are you sure that you are fine?" –Steven.

What's with everyone?

"I'm fine. I'm really am..." I insisted.

Keith's POV

I bent my knees while being watchful.

We are stuck in a situation of three versus three.

Zane is already catching his breath from their fight.

Jamaicah is also tired too.

I wiped my sweat from my forehead while my eyes focused on the enemy.

It was unexpected to bump into these three beasts.

"Zane, got any weapon I can use?" –Jamaicah.

"Well, I found an old potion from the old house." –Zane.

"Can I have it?" –Jamaicah.

The beast that is on my circle roared.

"You're too scary big fella but you won't catch me." I teased which made the beast gets really annoyed.

Beasts are like humans too. They have feelings and can think like a human. But most of their profile percentages, they are really carnivorous animals.

The beast attacked me with its claws but I unbelievably avoided it.
