It's another lonely night.

I lay on my bed, reading.

My phone begins playing "Barbie Girl".

Obviously Christina.

I pick up my phone and press 'answer'.

"Yello?" I say, holding the phone to my ear.

"HEY!" She sqeals.

"Ow"

"Sorry, didn't think you'd answer" She says.

"Why wouldn't I?" I ask, still rubbing my ear from her sqeal.

"Because now you have to go shopping with me." She says.

I sigh.

"Right..." I rest my hand on my arm.

"So what are we shopping for?" I ask.

"Prom dresses! Remember? I never got one, and you couldn't decide on one." She explains.

"Okay" I say.

No bother complaining.

"Great! Be there in 10!" she says.

"K" I say, even though she already hung up.

I drop my phone on my bed.

I quickly check twitter and instagram, then grab my purse and phone.

There's a knock at the door.

I quickly run down the stairs.

Christina opens the door.

"HI! Ready?" She asks.

"Yup!" I say.

I actually am excited, I'll have something to do, and I can get out of the house.

We get into her car.

"Who you taking to prom?" She asks quickly.

"Not telling you" I say.

"Dang it!" She says.

"Come on let's just go" I say.

Chris sighs, but turns on the car.

We drive in silence for a while.

Silence never lasts with Christina.

"So you love Four?" She asks with a huge smile.

"I never said that, just a crush."

"But crushes mean you love them."

"No, it means you like them" I reject.

"No, it means you like-like them, which is the kiddish word for LOVE" Christina says.

"So? Fine I love him. What does it matter?" I ask.

"YOU SAID IT!" She screams.

"Again, ow" I say, holding my ears.

"You said it! You said you love him! You love him and he's gonna love you and your gonna be happy and get married and have tons of kids and-"

"Wow wow wow, slow it down. I'm not marrying anyone in highschool, or having kids." I say.

"High school is almost over" Christina says.

"Well I'm not in college in either" I say.

Thank god, I won't have to deal with my feelings for Four once I'm in high school.

But, if I do go to a different college, I'll never see him.

And if I were to tell him how I feel, it wouldn't matter, because I would have to leave anyways.

We pull into the parking lot.

Christina and I get out of the car and walk into the mall.

We go to the dress store and grab some dresses.

I grab the 3 from before.

Christina grabs a few she likes.

We begin trying them on.

I decide on the black one, it's more my color.

Christina buys a similar one but silver and different designs.

"Alright, now for dinner." She says.

"Dinner?" I ask confused.

"Oh, forgot to say. We're all going out to dinner" Chris says pulling my arm and fast-walking.

"We? All?" I ask.

"Ya, our friends." She says.

"Friends? Like, girls?" I ask.

"Some" Chris says.

"So some are boys?"

"Yup"

"Can you name a few?" I say, getting slightly frustrated.

"Zeke, Uriah, Will," She then mumbles something.

"What was that." I satop walking knowing exactly who she said.

"Caleb" She smiles back at me and begins pulling me harder.

"Four?" I ask.

"We'll have to see" She says.

We walk into the restraunt because apparantly everyone's already there.

When we get to the table., I see all our friends.

All.

Even Four.

Who isn't really my friend.

No, I hate him.

They all sit at a curved booth.

"Looks like the only open seats are next to Four and Will" Chris says.

"I'll sit next to Will!" She says fast before I can say it.

"Dang" I say under my breath, sitting next to Four.

"Hi" He says.

"Hey" I mumble, crossing my arms and leaning back into the booth.

The waiter comes over, so I sit up.

"Hi, I'm Cameron, I'll be your waiter today" He says.

"Can I start you off with some drinks?" He asks.

Everyone begins ordering.

"And what can I get for this beautiful woman" The young waiter asks, looking at me.

I giggle. "Can I have a lemonade please?"

"Anything for you" He walks away.

I begin to blush a little.

"Four are you ok?" Zeke asks smirking.

I look at Four.

He is frowning, and looking towards the kitchen.

I giggle again, but quickly remember I hate him and go back to my stubborn look.

"Someones jealous." Uriah says laughing.

"Am not!" Four huffs.

"He totally is" Zeke says.

We all laugh.

Four's jealous.

Wait, Four.

Is.

Jealous?
