"Why don't I hear any crying?" Jack asked.
"River isn't breathing." Ben said as he does mouth to mouth to James.
"River?" Jack said.
"Sofia said JRiver before she went unconscious." Travis said.
"Is Sofia breathing?" Jack said as he starts to cry.
Vic is holding pressure. Travis tries to find a pulse.
"Not yet." Travis said.
"Find one!" Jack said now hysterical.
"Everyone back away from Sofia. I'm shocking her." Travis said.
River starts crying.
"Clear." Travis said.
Travis shocks Sofia. Sofia starts breathing again but is unconscious.
"Move!" Jack yells out the window beeping the horn.
At Grey Sloan
"Guys get ready." Alex said.
"What exactly are we getting ready for?" Levi asked.
The Aid car pulls up to the ambulance bay. Jack runs out of the drivers seat. Vic jumps out.
"She had a direct blood transfusion from me." Vic said as she quickly opens the other aid car door.
"She hasn't stopped bleeding." Travis said.
"Lets go." Carina said in her Italian accent.
Ben jumps out holding River. Carina runs up to the OR with Sofia. Ben hands River to Jack.
"Congrats Dad." Ben said.
"Lets bring him to the peds floor to make sure he's ok." Alex said.
They walk to the NICU.
"I'm going to clean him since he still has blood on him also take tests since he had a complicated birth." Alex said.
Jack starts sobbing.
"You can go I have him." Ben said.
Alex walks away with River. Ben brings Jack to the waiting room.
