Chapter 1: Left behind

~Vanoss POV~

Me and the crew hide behind crates, avoiding incoming bullets from the enemy, "SHIT VANOSS WE NEED TO GO" Moo yells from across the room "we don't have enough ammo for all these guys we need to go" Terrisor says. I look over the crates as I watch men flow out from everywhere guns blazing.
"Listen up everyone, we need to go we got what we came for let get the fuck out of here" I yell the crew runs towards the exit and fills into the van and drives off. "...,........" Delirious jokes, the group rumbles with laughter "And the way that guy fell and folded like a pancake? Best part of my whole day" Cartoonz laughs gasping for air. The group jokes around all the way back to the base
"We got the whatchamacallit thing, hey vanoss what did Brian need this for anyway" Lui asks. I put my hand on the boys head, I didn't know what exactly what he was working on but I couldn't tell that to him "Something big I'll let Brian tell you" I say, receiving a smile from Lui.

~Wildcat POV~

I run as fast as I dash to the exit to see the other memebers of the crew load into the van and drive off, "W-WAIT" I yelp out trying to catch up to the van tripping over a rock in the rough terrain. Uh oh... This isn't good.
I turn back to see the lost memebers chasing to me, I stumble up and start away I dip into an alley way hiding behind a dumpster. Footsteps sound closer as I hear voices say "He isn't here sir" one member says "get back to base I want to take a walk" I different man says with a soothing deep voice.
I take out my phone to see if I could call someone for a pickup to have my phone die. Seems like I'm walking back today, great. I begin walking, the sky starts turning night as clouds start to form in the sky and I start to feel raindrops on my cheeks. I look up as buckets pour down on me, I hang my head continuing to walk in the heavy rain.

-TIME SKIP-

I've been walking for what feels like hours I'm close to the base just 3 more blocks then I can take a warm shower. The rain calmed down since earlier I'm soaked, it's 1 in the morning and I haven't gotten home yet I hear footsteps. My heart stop I freez in my steps under a streetlight, the rain above me stops I slowly turn around to see a man taller than me a dark figure in the shawdow.
"W-w-who are y-you?" I ask nervously, no response the man gestures me to take his umbrella I look at him and the umbrella, I take it from him our hands brushing together for a moment. A smirk appears across the mans face "Shhh" the man says putting his fingers on my lips, caressing my cheek. The man turns around and begins to walk away.
I blush madly, I turn back my way taking a peek back to see the strange man had disappeared. I turn a corner to see the base I walk up to the door put in my code to open the garage, I close the umbrella and walk to the door leading inside the base. The door slams behind me causing me to jump, I hope no one heard that I tip toe to my room, I reach for my doorknob as a knife soars past my face and sticks into the metal rim of my door "Turn around now" I hear a voice say.

~VANOSS POV~

I cock my gun aiming it at the intruders head, "I really don't want to clean your blood off these walls" I threaten. The man turns around, only then do I see Wildcats face "Oh, where the fuck were you" I ask moving closer to him "y-you left me and I h-had to walk here" Wildcats mumbles as he starts shaking.
I look him up and down as he's soaked from the rain, but he has an umbrella where did he get that from better yet who? "Why didn't you call me or any of the other crew members?" I ask getting closer, Wildcat backs into his door I pin him. His head sinks he fidgets with his fingers "M-my phone...died" his voice now shaky.
I was furious, I punched the wall next to him causing him to flinch "How could you let something so stupid happen I told you to be prepared meaning even charge your phone, what were you doing yesterday?" I asked "I..I uhh-" wildcat muttered before being interrupted "HEY, shut the fuck up I'm trying to-" it was Cartoonz with delirious following behind "....!" Said Delirious running towards me and Wildcat pushing me away. "N-no I'm ok" wildcat wispers to him. Delirious opens wildcats door and leads him in closing the door behind him.
What is he doing going into his room alone with him "Cartoonz head to sleep we got a big day ahead of us" I say well most of us do...
