It is long gone now
I can barely remember our memories
Or the details of our time together
Your face becomes blurrier
By the day
But I will always cherish your brown eyes
I will always smile at
The remembrance of your laugh
And I will never forget
All the beauty inside of you
That you had not yet seen
It is true,
I would've followed you anywhere
With stars for eyes
And a galaxy to explore
As long as you were by my side
I would've loved you forever
You were the light
I so desperately longed for
You were the sun to my dying days
But you were not ready to love
And that tore me apart
But you made me feel so alive
And I craved living
I craved living to the point where
I let you kill me
As long as my dying moments
Were with you.
