Aaliyah couldn't sleep. She just kept tossing and turning. Seeing Jameel after so long had freaked her out. Of course it was inevitable it was going to happen, but still. Aaliyah decided she wasn't going to get any sleep, so went downstairs to make some hot chocolate. She looked outside to see what was happening at this time and noticed something weird. She ran down to her car and opened the door. She sighed. Jameel was there asleep in her car. Aaliyah shook him awake.

"What?"

"Jameel, what are you doing in my car?"

"We need to talk."

"I told you we'll talk later. Please go home."

"Latte wait."

"Don't call me that. You've lost that right."

Jameel was stunned. What had happened to Aaliyah? Aaliyah went to her room and cried herself to sleep. She couldn't believe Jameel was affecting her like this. She had left him, so what right did she have to be annoyed?

Aaliyah met up with Jameels mum at a restaurant for lunch. "I'm sorry I didn't know he has moved on." "It's ok. I left. I told him to move on and be happy. He's happy, and so am I. I have no right on him anymore." "You say that, but I know you still love him." "I don't, but even if I did, he's moved on. He's not mine anymore." "He still yearns for you. She's just filling the void." "Can we talk about something else?"

Aaliyah was at the coffee shop where they met. Aaliyah was really busy checking her phone, when she heard someone take the seat opposite. "How can I help you?" "You said we would talk today. Well, let's talk." "What did you want to talk about? The weather, what's on television, fashion, dating etc." "Very funny latte. You know what about." "Don't call me that. You have no right anymore. Anyway, let's talk." "Does it upset you?" "Why would it upset me? I left you. I told you to move on. I wanted you to be happy. Now you are. I have no right to be upset. Anyway, she seems lovely." "She is. We are very happy." "I'm very happy for you. Also, I'm going back soon. This was just a quick visit."

Jameel thumped his hand on the table. "I can't lose you again." "I'm not yours to lose. Plus, you've got her. Don't mess up your second chance of happiness." With that, Aaliyah walked away, wiping tears from her eyes. Jameel shook his head. He couldn't lose her again. He had to do something.
