-The broken drunk

·calming him down when he works himself up

·wiping his tears away after he cries and his mouth when he throws up

·also petting his hair back when he starts to cry (!!!)

·lots of gentle touches and forehead kisses because you don't want to disturb him in his sensitive state

·lots of drunk whining, self deprecation, and wallowing but you trying to comfort him

·he feels really ashamed of himself when you find him drunk

·slurred, but profuse apologies because he just feels so bad

- Conversation He's Had

"Y/N, I'm sorry that 'm drunk. 'M a bad person."

"Awe, honey, no. Johnny, it's alright."

"Baby, no it's not, nuh uh. You ain't 'sposed to see me this way."

Darrel Curtis:

-The sloppy drunk

·spilling his beer and then he laughs too hard

·lots of sighing and impatient gestures because you're irritated

·letting him hang on your shoulder on the way to his truck

·Darry's manly, adult-like composure is out the window so he falls over more times than you can count

·soft kisses despite his drunken state

·throwing him in a cold shower when he gets home so he's contained and to calm him down (!!!)

·when he sobers, lots of hugging and apologies

"Y/N, I don't feel too hot."

-The "professional" drunk

·only drinking when things get real bad with his brother

·him swishing too much mouthwash and hiding the beer bottles so he doesn't get caught

·him shushing you and telling you to keep it a secret

·but he's drunk so he's actually the one being loud and obnoxious
