This is unfortunately not an update, but I'm actually floored. I was looking at attractive old timey actors (as one does) and found someone who could totally pass as Johnny Cade's older brother (in my opinion, at least).
Now, this actor has a bit of a tumultuous history and many rumors circulated around him before his death, but he seemed like a lovely man to me. According to IMDB (I know, super credible), "he was frequently cast as a humorless, jittery youth whose lonliness turns violent when he's cornered." I think that description makes him seem even more like a greaser!
