Kiara got to the Academy just as people were sitting down. Apparently she had arrived along with tail end of the crowd, since it looked like most of the seats had already been taken. Luckily there was an empty seat a few rows down that Kiara could take. She walked down the steps and made her way to the seat, sitting down and ignoring the stares from those around her.

Next to her, a boy with dyed pink hair was staring at her with a shocked expression on his face. He leaned over to a boy with a dyed yellow Mohawk and whispered something that earned a glare and a few stern words from the boy. Kiara couldn't of cared less about the exchange.

The opening ceremony started not too long after she got there. There was mention of how glad they were to see everyone here, how they expected everyone to perform at their very best, and so on so fourth. Pretty much the same speech any other prestigious school would have. And of course, there was a representative for the First Years.

"Meet you First Year Class Representative, Yukio Okumura!" The man on the stage said- it wasn't Mephisto, no the clown was probably too busy reading manga to attend the opening ceremony for his own damned school.

Kiara watched as a boy with neatly cut brown hair and glasses walked up to the stage. The girls in front of her started whispering about how cute he was and how smart he must be if he was the one to get top scores on the entrance exam and boy next to her just sighed, muttering how he wished it was him the girls were talking about. Kiara couldn't care less about his appearance, the smart pretty boy wasn't really her type.

Putting her attention up to the stage, she watched as the boy, Yukio, unfolded the piece of paper and looked to the crowd. "To be able to join you here at True Cross, the school I've long admired, is something that is both thrilling and sobering. So I will study hard, be diligent, and live up to the standards of this special place. I am your First Year class Rep. Yukio Okumura." After a short bow, he stepped off the stage and walked back to his seat.

Watching him go, Kiara couldn't help but get the feeling that there was more to him than being a good looking four eyed nerd. She wouldn't be surprised if their pathes crossed sometime in the future.

After Yukio's speech, the man from before stepped back up onto the stage and said a few more things— Kiara couldn't be bothered to listen— and after the unnecessarily long speech, he finally dismissed the crowd of First Years. To say she was relived was an understatement. Another minute in that boring lecture hall and she would of killed someone.

Though while the rest of the students were able to have the rest of the day off to do what they desired, anyone who wanted to become an exorcist still had one more place to go. The Cram School.  Anyone who wanted to become an exorcist had to go through years of lessons and training, and Cram Schools are the places where they could get what they needed. So, there was one last place Kiara needed to get to before she was home free for the day.

At 2:30 on the dot, Kiara placed a key into a locked janitors closet. Twisting it, she pushed open the door and walked into a rather large, dark, but colorful hallway. She grabbed her key from out of the keyhole and placed it back on her key ring before walking along the hallway. She didn't want to be late to her first day.

She soon found her way to her classroom, room 1106, and judging from the chatter inside most of her classmates had already arrived. Opening the door, she saw that everyone's eyes were now on her and the chatter died down.

"Oh hey, it's you!" Someone exclaimed, and Kiara looked over to the source of the voice to see the same pink haired boy that she sat next to during orientation.

"Nice to see you again, pinkie~" Kiara greeted, her tone slightly teasing as she gave him a small wink. She watched with amusement as his cheeks turned red before he recovered and reached forwards, grabbing her hand and shaking it.
