Hawking you as I'm speaking to
The inner you.
The soul that is invisible
With love that is intangible
To me.
Fighting a war within a troop.
Battling side by side,
To a truce.
Trading sides
It's an unstoppable dynamic interval.
Now, it's no longer so serenely simple.
Bad blood boiling into pimples.
We pop them
With a pin and thimble.
Pride as nimble as an angel in
A cloudless sky.
We fly together free once more
And forget the times we bleed.
Our hearts deceive the mind.
Magically pristine and
The spell is hard to break
With the fatal mistake
Of unresolved forgiveness.
It takes strength!
