We're at Derek's loft with Parrish as we watch Derek examining Parrish's hands because he was burned alive but he survived and he isn't burt at all. "He covered you in gasoline?" Derek asks and Parrish nods

"It's the hair and nails isn't it?" Lydia asks "the parts of the body that are essentially dead"

"Well they should be gone" Derek says

"He set me on fire... all of me should be gone" Parrish points out

"Not if you're like us" Scott says

"Like you?"

"I don't think he's like us" Derek says

"So what is he?" I ask and Parrish looks at me

"I'm sorry but I have no idea" Derek says

"But you knew about Jackson and Kira" Scott says

"This is a little out of my experience, there might be something in the bestiary? Did you try Argent?" Derek asks

"I don't know where he is" Scott says

"Okay hold on what's a bestiary?" Parrish asks "actually that's not even my first question, just tell me one thing... Are all of you like Lydia?"

We all share a look and all I'm thinking is how I could be like Lydia and also how cute Parrish looks with a comb over and tight shirt but I can't do anything about because I'm taken.

"Are you all psychic?"

I try and hold back my laugh then Scott elbows me and I groan while I send him a glare because psychic isn't really the word for this situation.

"Psychic?" Derek asks

"Yeah"

"Not exactly" I say

"Okay then what are you?" Parrish asks and Derek gives both me and Scott a look but I shake my head

"Scott you got this" I say and try to fold my arms but Derek grabs my hand. I give him a small smile and he returns it. I watch as Scott flashes his eyes and they turn bright red. Showing Parrish that he is the Alpha and not just any Alpha, the true Alpha.

"What's a Kanima?" Parrish asks as we fill him in on all the great things that have occured in our lives over the years.

"We'll get back to that" Scott says and puts one knee on the couch Parrish is sitting on "just know that everyone like us, everyone with a supernatural ability is on the dead pool"

"But I don't even know what I am" Parrish says

"I'm pretty sure they don't care" Derek says

"How many professional assassins are we talking about?"

"We're starting to loose count" Lydia reveals

"But is it still just professionals?" Scott asks

"I don't think Haige ever tried something like this" Parrish says "I think he was taking a chance"

"That means anyone with the dead pool can take a chance, right?" I ask

"Well if Haige had it then who else does? How easy is it to get this thing now?" Parrish asks but we say nothing
