Chapter 7

Tims POV:

I pulled out of Faith because I kinda let it out inside of her. I pulled away and just kissed her. I looked at the time and saw that we only had 5 minutes to get back to our seats. All of the female awards were going to be happening. And to top it off I'm the announcer for those 2 awards.

Faith: Tim what's wrong

Tim: Faith we have to get going I'm supposed to announce all the female awards

Faith: shoot

She rushed up but almost fell back. I caught her before she fell back. I grabbed my hat from the floor and fixed my hair. I buttoned my shirt up and tucked it in I saw that Faith was mixing herself too. She fixed her hair and makeup and we both walked to the door.

Tim: Faith

Faith: what?

I kissed her lips again and then pulled away.

Tim: I had fun

Faith: so did I

We both rushed out of the door and ran to the side of the stage. I stayed backstage and Faith went to go sit back down.

Carrie: now to announce countrys favorite female vocalist Tim McGraw everybody.

I walked out on stage with both envelopes. Carrie and Brad stood on the back and waited for me to announce.

Tim: lots of lovely female country singers here who deserve this award but there could only be one....

Tim: and the nominees are Martina McBride Reba McEntire Carrie Underwood and Faith Hill

Crowd: awwww

Tim: and the winner for country's favorite female vocalist is.........Carrie Underwood

I gave the award to Carrie and she gave her speech. After she finished she walked a few steps back with Brad. Then I was ready to announce Female Entertainer of the year.

Tim: alright guys now settle down because I'm gonna be saying the last award. And its a big one for them females out there

Faith's POV:

I didn't win the first award I was nominated for. It doesn't bug me because I have many of those back home. But I am willing to win female entertainer of the year. I've never won one of those so I'm hoping.

Tim: I'm going to announce Female Entertainer of The Year....and the nominees are....Miranda Lambert Trisha Yearwood Martina McBride and Faith Hill

I felt my whole body get numb. I'm so anxious. I prayed to god about this. Then I hear the crowd go wild and I hear my song play.

Tim: the winner is FAITH HILL!!!!!!

I got up and hugged Martina. I walked up on stage and I had tears in my eyes. I hugged Carrie and Brad and last I hugged Tim

Tim: congrats Faith

Tim whispered. He stepped back and I held my award. I can't believe I won.

Faith: wow you guys! Wow I'm speechless right now I don't know what to say. Um well first of all I wanna thank my record label, um my parents for never giving up on me, my friends, and my fans most of all but I wanna thank a very important person in my life. He believed that someday I would win this award. And look her I did win one and I'm guessing y'all are wondering who that person is so I'll say....well it was my dog I'm just playing it was this very man here who announced the last 2 awards Mr Tim McGraw
