But he still felt like he had to protect Jimin from the world. He had raised the boy like his own brother, he simply couldn't let him get hurt.
The two boys ended up staying and sleeping over since Jimin and Yoongi didn't have a shift at Red Velvet, and Taehyung managed to get the night off to be there for his hyung. Yoongi's bed was almost too small for all three of them, but they managed to fit by cuddling each other close, and none of them had a problem with that. They loved having sleepovers together. They were like brothers. They told each other everything and they were always there for each other no matter the time or place. Jimin and Yoongi once took the train all the way from Seoul to Bisan-Dong at 2am because Taehyung was upset when he was visiting his parents in his home town. It cost them almost all what was left of their money, but in their eyes, it was worth it. Plus it was the end of the month, so it wasn't long before they got their monthly pay check.
Soon the three boys fell asleep in each others arms with a peaceful expression on their beautiful faces..
Hoseok
Hoseok was sitting in his office, looking over some papers regarding their possible new alliance with a japanese mafia that came to Seoul recently called Ibara. It wasn't that powerful in Seoul yet, not even close to Bangtan's power, but Hoseok had family roots in the mafia, and he always wanted to help his family.
He was interrupted from his work by a knock on his office door. He swirled a random dagger between his fingers as he yelled for the person on the other side of the door to come in.
"I'm sorry to interrupt sir, but I'm here to remind you of your meeting at 9 o'clock." One of his servants, Bang Chan, informed him politely after bowing. Hoseok looked up from his papers.
"What time is it now?"
"It's 8.12pm sir." The boy said and Hoseok nodded with a slight smile.
"Thank you, you can go now." He informed the boy kindly before returning his focus to the papers in his hands and hearing his door shut.
After about 20 minutes more of him reading through the papers, that he dreaded by the way, and deciding whether he wanted this alliance or not, he decided to get ready for the meeting. It wasn't a big meeting, only for the inner circle, they just needed to discuss the things that are happening in the mob world and the things that has happened recently.
There was no need for him to change out of his current clothes into something professional, due to him already wearing a black suit. So he only combed his hair and drank a glass of ice cold water with ice cubes - as simple as that. He didn't need more to freshen up, his dominant vibe already enough for a business meeting.
He walked downstairs and into his meeting room where some of his maids had already put some liquor and glasses on the big table. The brunette sighed deeply before sitting down in his chair at the end of the table. He hadn't had a good nights sleep in what felt like years, and he was starting to feel it on his mood. He was getting easier and easier to piss off, and he knew getting enough sleep at least just one night could fix that.
After waiting for only 2 minutes, his inner circle slowly started to pile in the meeting room and take their usual seats at the big, expensive designer table. Hoseok greeted them all before clearing his throat to get everyone's attention.
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Do you have any news for me?" He asked with a slight smile. Nobody seemed to know, but no matter what Hoseok did, he was just dominant. Not in a inappropriate way, or an uncomfortable way, he just was. Everything about him just screamed dominance.
"Well, as you may know, Kwang-Su who was the former leader of the Pei mafia was killed by two of our soldiers, and that leaves them extremely vulnerable to attacks. The new boss Kwang-Woo has reportedly made it his mission to take down the Bangtan mafia." Han Ji-Sung, a Capo whose job was to keep track of what was happening in the mob world, informed. Every person around the table started laughing at that. They all knew it was impossible for a small and weak mafia as the Pei mafia to take down the Bangtan mafia.
"Do they still have the FBI involved, or did you already take care of that Felix?" The brunette mafia boss asked, his gaze now fixed on the younger boy. Hoseok found it amusing that the new leader of the Pei mafia, Kwang-Woo though it would be clever to get the FBI involved in the murder of his father Kwang-Su. He owned a mafia himself, and contacting one of the authorities that was after mafias for help was one of the dumbest things he had ever heard of.
"No, the FBI is no longer on the case, and I deleted all clues that led to us, so if they ever decide to re-open the case, it'll be impossible for them to track us down." The boy said with a smile. He was obviously proud of his own work, and for a good reason. It was not easy to get the FBI to leave you alone once they have a suspicion about you, so he actually did a terribly good job.
"Well done Felix. Now, does anyone have any news on the Min Yoongi situation?" Hoseok quickly jumped to the next subject, not feeling the need to even discuss the Pei mafia situation further.
"Two men was seen entering his apartment without him around 11 o'clock this morning. A pink haired male and a blue haired male. Min Yoongi arrived at his apartment by himself later around 3pm. He was dropped off by a black Rolls Royce Phantom. No one has seemingly left the apartment and nobody has entered it beside the three males." Hwang Hyunjin informed, and Hoseok only nodding already knowing what two males he was talking about.
Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung, a stripper at Red Velvet and a bartender and the same place. Min Yoongi's two best friends.
"Alright, does he have any suspicious behavior? Has he said anything to anyone about what he saw?" Hoseok questioned further.
"From what we know, no." Hwang Hyunjin said, and that was the last words about the Min Yoongi subject.
"Okay is there anything else I need to know?" Hoseok asked, looking around at the people who was attending the meeting. People he saw as family.
"Yes, the EXO mafia has been rather quiet lately, I think they're planning an attack on us." Han Ji-Su informed. The EXO mafia was Bangtan's biggest enemy. It wasn't as powerful as Bangtan yet, but they wanted to be. But Bangtan didn't let them, and therefore there was war between the two mafias.
"Okay, alert our capos and soldiers about that and be ready for an attack. We are still much bigger, and much more powerful than them, but we still have to be ready for anything." The brunette commanded and the boy agreed with a firm nod of his head.
"Please inform them now so they can start preparing soon as possible." Hoseok excused Han Ji-Su, and the younger left the meeting room with a nod and a bow in Hoseok's direction to do as he was told.
"Regarding what Han just said, I have some news too." A voice at the end of the table spoke. Hoseok turned his head in his direction and motioned for the man to continue with a slight smile covering his handsome features.
"And what is that, Jin?" He asked the man.
Hello. I made this chapter a little longer than I usually do as an apology for not updating as much these past days. I hope you're enjoying your winter break, whether you celebrated Christmas or not. I also just wanna say that the EXO mafia is not the Bangtan mafia's enemy because I have ill thoughts towards them irl, it's simply just for the plot. So no hate towards the EXO stans at all, it's just for the story! Ily, and thank you and remeber to take care of yourself!
