Michael

I was walking down the school hallway with Ashton and Luke the next week at school. We had just come out of History.  It was one of the classes all three of us had together.

"That was probably the most painful forty-five minutes of my life."

Luke laughed from beside me, as I saw Ashton moved his head up to see me, a smirk on his lips.

"The French revolution doesn't do it for you Mike?", he asked.

"Nothing does it for me man."

"He'd rather study the history of Mario kart than social politics", Luke said.

I smirked, nodding my head. "You're absolutely right. Learning what happened hundreds of years ago may be important but it's not useful to me."

"And Mario Kart is?"

"Oh, definitely.", I smirked, as we approached Ashton's locker.

I sighed, leaning my back against the metal cupboards.

Classes made me feel drained. I just wanted to go home, and sleep.

"Whatever, I like History", Ashton said, opening his locker and piling books inside.

"No. You like Mrs. Bennett."

Luke giggled, putting his hands in my pockets. I smiled, placing my hands in too.

"No, I don't! I mean I don't not like her but-"

"She's a married woman, Ashton."

"What has that got to do with anything?"

"It's okay", I replied. "The heart wants what the heart wants."

Ashton groaned.

I smirked, winking at Luke.

The blonde boy with pretty eyes tilted his head as he looked at me.

"Stop being mean."

"Me? Mean? Never."

"Mhmm."

I closed my eyes, as he leaned forward kissing my lips. I kissed him back, wrapping my arms around his waist.

"Can you guys like, not have sex on my locker?"

Luke laughed pulling away. "Do you know what sex looks like?"

"Of course he does. He and Mrs. Bennett-"

"Stop!"

I was cut off as Luke covered my mouth with his hand, turning to Ashton.

"You're welcome."

Ashton sighed, closing his locker.

"And this is why you are my new best friend, not him."

Luke chuckled.
