I looked at her, she seemed more serious than I've anyone I ever saw. I looked at nightmare, he was just staring at his brother's cape now. I turned and looked at Dust, he was still in the same position as he was before.
'...he'll be moved to the lone tank...'
I looked down, then looked at rashaa, "can I adopt dust" rashaa stared at me for a split second, "sure!" She said, her usual goofy smile on her face, she then rubbed the back of her head "if we can get him out!" I looked at her confused, she laughed "what I mean, is that the reason we 'tried' to move him to the lone tank is because, any person or bitty, who dares touch him, he will lash out, and either scratch or bite them" I looked at him, and well, he looked back
~
It was probably the scariest few seconds of my life, when I looked at him, he was already staring at me- no, glaring at me! I only caught sight of one pin-prick, and it already gave me the chills. It was blood red, And it was glowing underneath the shadow of the grey hood that he put up, he had a black, open slit in the middle of the pin-prick. he immediately caught sight of me looking at him, the slits in his pin-prick became thinner, like daggers, then he quickly turned his head away. "Ha ha ha, as they say, his bite is worse than his bark, speaking of speaking, he hasn't said one thing ever!" Rashaa quickly took my thoughts away "the norm here is that bitty's can talk, but they only talk to the people they trust, now horror here is very timid, he doesn't talk very much" rashaa said, she looked up at me, and caught me staring at the tank "hey, you good?" I looked at her "yeah, just that dust over there, was glaring at me" rashaa now looked at him "Huh, he's not the type to stare at people, and is definitely not nice" she probably didn't hear me right I said 'glare' not 'stare', and no dip that he's not nice, "maybe he likes you!" I looked at her with a 'are you serious' face' "see he's already wanting you as a owner" she said enthusiastically, "umm, I don't know about this, I mean..," I looked at him,
'lone tank'...
'Lone tank'...
'Lone'...
Lone'...
"I mean, I will adopt him"
~
We went back to the main counter. Rashaa told me that they will get the bitty right away, and while they were at it I picked out some food and a tiny little red blanket for him, because it takes certain stuff to appease a bitty. Once I was looking around at the tiny, cute stuff, I heard a groan, I turned around to see a tall teenager with huge, purple rings under his eyes walk in, he seemed very stressed and in pain. I walked up to him, and he didn't seem to notice me, "excuse me, sir" I said, he flinched and looked up, "oh...hi..."
he said very awkwardly. I looked at what he was doing, because he was rummaging around in one of the cabinets, he took something out, and I realized it was bandages 'why would he have bandages?' I then looked at his hands 'oh, now I know', his hands had a flurry of scratches and bites, some of them looked very painful. He placed a ton of bandages all over his hands, very carefully, wincing at times, "are you ok sir" I said in concern? He looked from what he was doing "yeah, I'm fine" he rasped, "just this little jerk, doesn't like the idea of me being alive" he went to scanning my very little things 'oh no, I have to deal with that every day' I thought, imaging waking up with scratches and bites all over my hands. Rashaa came barging in, with a black cage (that you can't see the inside of) and a bag full of things. She had gloves on, and a few scratches on her face, I winced at the sight of the both of them, just seeing the scratches made me worry. Rashaa saw me staring "aww, I'm alright" she said "we both get used to it, after awhile". "Alright here's the stuff for normal, everyday dust!bitty's" rashaa handed me the bag. I wonder what she meant by "normal". "And here's your bitty" she handed me the cage, that will be "that will be $350, including the blanket and food" "ok- wait what! I thought bitty's were like $100 or something close to that, and a blanket and food doesn't cost much either" I complained a little "not this bitty, he's not normal, he's specialized"
She said "specialized, what does that mean" I saw aid confused "it means the bitty was experimented on, he was made for people who have problems, like depression" she said thoughtfully "he's our very first specialized bitty, actually, heard that their really rare" she said again "but boss said 'any bitty that is specialized, is $150 dollars more than normal ones', so were just following orders" I looked down at the cage, not a single movement "okay..." I looked at her "what about the other stuff" I showed her the bag "oh, that's on-the-house, since your a new customer" she said happily "oh, thank you!" I said happily. I waved at her, she waved back. When we stopped, she looked at me "make sure to call us or me, when trouble comes" she handed me a phone number, probably her's. "bye!" She said "bye!" I said back, I walked out of the building outside, I looked at the cage "your gonna have a new home, instead of the lone tank, little guy" I walked to the bus stop...
