"Did I do something wrong?" Was the first text that came from Thomas within five minutes of class.
"No." Zaide typed quickly and sent it before he got caught texting in the class.
That would be embarrassing. He was a good student. And he definitely did not want principal Greenbag to call his parents.
"Then??" There were two question marks at the end and it made a small smile crept up Zaide's face.
"Nothing." He sent it fast and took out his phone as the teacher turned to write on the board. "I think you have offended Zara back there."
"Where?" Was the reply within a second.
"At the end of the lunch you practically told her to go away."
"Mr. Siddiki!" The teacher's voice boomed and Zaide startled, dropping his phone on the ground.
