"How's your practise going, Seven?" Hearing his dad's voice all of a sudden, Seven jumped a little.

He wanted to shrug it off, but replied instead with a "Good."

The barely there smile gave Seven temporary relief. "Hm, your coach talked to me. He wanted to make some changes in your diet chart. Get it from him tomorrow and give it to the cook."

He knew it was his dad who talked to his coach and changed his dieting, again, not the other way round.

He looked at his mom to get him out of this situation.

His mom nodded her head discreetly before asking, "Darling, how was your meeting today?"

But, she shut her mouth as his dad held up a hand.

"You know why I put up with your poor grades and poor behaviour at school, right?" Without expecting Seven to grace him with an answer, he continued speaking. "So, you can go to the Olympics. It should be your goal, Seven." Watching his dad finishing his dinner, Seven relaxed in his chair. "Don't waste your valuable time in detentions too much."

His dad's words were enough to make him feel full up to his throat for the day.
