Namjoon POV
"You know, I feel bad for not giving you enough time.", I started the convo with an apology. A low-resolution image of Y/N appeared on my phone screen.
If only video calls could be in high resolution.
"Please never ever start a call with excuses.", Y/N commented, totally ignoring my totally heartfelt apology. Thanks a lot, I put some emotion in to that.
"Ok I won't."
"Good, I don't give excuses and I expect you don't give me none either."
"I said I won't."
"So why did you call?"
"Don't you want to hear from me?"
"I do but is that the reason or is there something else?"
"Well, I've kind of finished all the work I have early and I have all of tomorrow free. I was thinking of taking you out."
"Why? Is hanging out at my apartment too low for you?"
"God sake Y/N. I don't mean it like that."
"Just kidding! I didn't know you get wound up so quick."
"It's just all the pressure I guess. So do you want to go out?"
"Sure. To where and when?"
"By the River Han and tomorrow."
"Obviously tomorrow stupid. That's when you said you're free but as in what time?"
"Like all day. From ten in the morning onwards."
"Okay. Anything special going on there?"
"Not really but as I said in my very heartfelt apology, I feel bad for not giving you enough time."
"Not enough time. A whole lifetime isn't enough time in my eyes but you mean some time."
"Yeah whatever."
"Okay. I need to tell you something."
"Yah. I'm listening."
"You look really cute in all pink."
"That's not what you wanted to say.", I smirked.
"Okay. So basically I'm going to...", her voice crackled and the screen glitched.
No connection and the call cut off. Just great! A notification ping sounded.
Y/N: as i was going to say, I'm going london
Namjoon: wdym?
Y/N: I'm going london, literally, with a plane, the stuff that zooms around in the sky u know?
Namjoon: thats a very childish explanation of a plane y/n
Namjoon: i was expecting smh more detailed and accurate from u
Namjoon: and yh right! very funny
Y/N: I'm being serious as f
Namjoon: i can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not
Y/N: im 100% sarcastic
Y/N: sorry i meant 100% serious
Namjoon: honestly still can't tell if u r serious or not

Two documents come. One screenshot of an email confirming that she's going to London with her uni and another with her ticket details.
Namjoon: so when exactly were you planning to tell me this?
Y/N: not rlly sure... but i was going to tell u

Y/N: i was!
Namjoon: when then, according to the ticket details, ur leaving in 3 days
Y/N: i don't know wen but some time!!
Namjoon: sure, ill totally believe u
Y/N: okay whatever

If he doesn't want to believe me then he doesn't have to. Like I care anyway. Okay I care quite a lot, I don't want him to think I'm a liar.
Y/N: u don't belive me do u?
Namjoon: finding it hard to
Namjoon: but since ur making sure that i believe u, i kinda feel like ur telling the truth
Y/N: make up ur mind!
Namjoon: and u told me that i get up wound up quickly yoongi two-point-o
Y/N: its cuz ur making me angry
Y/N: and partially cuz I'm listening to spring day, that makes me rlly emotional
Namjoon: good to know, i'll definitely take note of that
Y/N: so tmmrw at 10?
Namjoon: yh
Y/N: where exactly by the river han
Namjoon: ill pick u up from ur apartment
Y/N: okay then sun shine gtg.
Y/N: packing for london u know
Namjoon: ok make sure to pack up a lot of jumpers. it's freezing there in october and going to be worse in january
Y/N: 4 rl? colder than here?
Namjoon: colder than here

So it's good to know that I'm going to need jumpers there. Just not so good to know after I've pretty much packed up everything. Now I'm going to have to take everything out and re-pack. Seriously? I'm too lazy for this! Haha, it's partially my fault though. Why in my right mind did I think that it'd be warm in London in January? I laugh at my stupidity. I put away the phone and take out all the summer dresses I've packed and replace them with warmer outfits. This is just perfect, it'd be great to meet Namjoon before I go London.
