Our class were in the soccer field for our PE class. It's so hot in here and I keep on fanning myself using my hands. Why do we have to do this outside?
Our teacher was giving us instructions on what we'll do. " I know you're cursing me right now class, but you have to comply. The gymnasium is under construction Kaya magtatyaga tayong lahat dito sa labas." Saad ni teacher.
All of us replied 'Yes teacher'. Lahat ng classmates ko ay nakasimangot, tagaktak na rin ang pawis nila kahit di pa nagsisimula. Kahit ako ay paminsa-minsan ring nagpupunas ng pawis sa mukha.
" Gosh ang init ! "
" May tubig ba kayo?"
" Yung skin ko sis masusunog!"
Ilan lang yan sa mga naririnig Kong reklamo nila. Teacher gave us warm up exercises and told us to group ourselves into 5 member groups. Someone ask me to join their group Kaya hindi na ako nahirapan lumapit at magtanong sa iba.
We played volleyball. It's a little hard playing it outside but we all still had fun.
Pagkatapos ng PE class lahat ng classmates ko ay dumiretso sa cafeteria Para kumuha ng maiinom.
Habang ako naman ay dumiretso sa vending machine na malapit dito sa filed. Naghalungkat ako ng barya sa bag ko pero wala akong mahanap.
"Asan na ba yon?" bulong ko habang nilalabas lahat ng laman ng bag ko. Wala namang tao sa paligid Kaya hindi ako magmumukhang baliw dito.
"Here" someone said. Tiningala ko naman kung sino ito at hindi na ako nagtaka kung bakit sya ang nasa harapan ko ngayon. Diba nga Sabi ko may lahing kabute ang lalaking to Kaya sumusulpot nalang kung saan saan.
There's a bottle of water on his hand. " No thanks. May Pera rin ako no." Ipinagpatuloy ko nalang ang paghahanap ng barya sa bawat sulok ng bag ko.
Xander squated in front of me. Yeah I sometimes call him Xander, sometimes it's Claude, pero kalimitan ay damuho, pangit, or Kaya ay asungot. "Take it, it's not open yet. Can't you see there's still a seal?" Saad nito habang idinidikit yung tubig sa mukha ko.
Napabuntong hininga nalang ako saka kinuha sa kamay nito ang tubig. Hindi kasi ako titigilan ng damuhong to kapag hindi ko kinuha yung tubig. Mukha namang bagong bili dahil malamig din ito.
I decided to sit down on the floor because I'm exhausted. Makulimlim naman ang paligid dahil malapit ito sa mga puno. I dranked my water while watching Xander as he started to put my notebooks and other school supplies back inside my bag again.
I let him. When he's done he put my backpack aside and sat down beside me. " You did well playing volleyball. But I hope you won't play that again outside."
"Why would I?"
"Because I said so?
"You're being a jerk." I ignore him. Inubos ko na rin yung laman ng tubig saka ako tumayo at nagsimulang maglakad paalis at iwan ito.
"Were you aware that those guys were watching you while you jump and run on that field? Call me a jerk but I'm seconds away from tearing them all apart." He keep on rambling while catching up to me. He also picked my bag from the floor.
Hinarap ko naman ito. "Were you also aware that I'm a guy. You can't just tell me what to do Xander. I'm not a girl na pagbabawalan mo sa lahat ng bagay."
"It's just... It's frustrating." I stared at him while waiting. "Fine, I'll stop." He defeatedly sigh. I smiled.
"Good boy." I teasingly rub his head like I'm rubbing a dog's head, but he's more like a wolf. I was on my tippy toes because Xander's tall. But as I was about to take my arms back, Xander grabbed them and interviewed our fingers. He even gave the back of my hand a kiss, like what he did at the cafeteria days ago.
"Hmm. I'll be your dog."
"... Baliw"

We keep on walking until makarating kami sa classroom ko. He didn't let my hands go kaya andaming nakatingin samin ngayon. "Xander, my hands." I called at him.
He didn't answer me, intead, he gave my classmates a deep stare. All of them gulped, some even nodded. What was that?
Xander gave me my bag, binitawan na rin nito ang kamay ko. I thought he'll leave after but he didn't, he gave me another kiss on the forehead. "I'll see you later." saka ito umalis. What was that? You jerk???
