I couldn't leave him in this state. He looked horrible in seconds. Something must have happened. Something I couldn't put my finger on. I felt something tap my shoe. My eyes shot shortly to where it was it was. A drip of blood lay on the top of my shoe.

"Let's get your hand cleaned." I said. I knew I sounded worried. More than ever. Oakley reached for a fancy bottle. There was a clear strange colored liquid inside. He opened it and threw the liquid over his hand. We stood there in silence as the liquid dripped on the floor.

"Fixed it." He spoke after a long time. I reached for his good hand. This was serieus. This was no joke. There was something in his head. He wasn't doing alright. He walked with me. We walked to the elevator. As long as I had his hand in mine he might follow. The ride down was silent. He looked at the floor the whole time. The silent between us wasn't awkward. It was different. It was painful. At least for me. The loud sound of the doors opening made me jump. No one greeted us when we got out. I rushed us outside. There was no one holding the doors for us like earlier. I pulled Oakley with me. I couldn't call one of his friends. They probably didn't even know this side of him. Or did they?

"Where are we going?" Oakley asked when we stood outside. I stuck my hand up in the air. There had to be a cab around here somewhere. I couldn't tell him I was going to take him to see a doctor. He might end up getting angry.

"We are going to see a friend of mine. A little road trip." It took a few seconds for a cab to pull up, but I was happy to get one. I almost pushed Oakley to sit down.

"I already see what you need girl." The lady said when we sat safely. She drove without another word. The whole ride I focused on the road before us. To see if she really knew what we needed. I couldn't help but feel Oakley's eyes on me. What was going on inside his head? I couldn't help but wonder that. What had pushed him to do that? And where had the chair gone?
