12 - You Hate Me?

Altia POV

I am still thinking about yesterday. While I was eating my breakfast, I saw Zico who wanted to go out. I followed him and said

"Are you still mad?"

He didn't answer me, instead he left the house without looking at me.

I said to myself, "He's still mad at me. How am I gonna do?"

For 2 days, Zico didn't come back home. I was worried about him. I tried to call and sent him a few messages but he never picked me up or even replied to me back.

At that moment, we started doing our own work. We didn't talk to each other. I tried to fill up my schedule as much as I could. It's because I don't want to be at home.

But one day, I bumped  with him at the main door. So, I spoke

"Why don't you answer my phone?"

Ziico didn't answer while taking off his shoe.

I can't control myself anymore. So, I spoke while holding his hand

"Ya..I'm talking to you.... answer me!"

He moved his body towards me and saw his hand that I'm holding. Then he said

"Wae? Why do I? I hate you. You just ruined my life."

I was shocked when hearing Zico talked like that. So, I replied

"Mo?"

He didn't say anything instead pushing my hands and went into the house. While I go to my work, my tears start falling down. I am very sad with Zico's words just now.

Zico POV

The incident keeps on my mind. I don't know why I'm reacting like this plus I also felt weird with myself.

While I was in deep thought, I was started with a sudden phone call from my brothers. So picked him up

"Hello, hyung."

"Hello, Jiho-ya."

"Ne, hyung. What's wrong?"

"Ani... I just want to tell you that Taeun will hold her birthday party tomorrow."

"Ah... chincha. Where, hyung?"

"Ne. At omma's house."

"Oh. Okay, hyung."

"Don't forget to tell Altia.Omma really wants to see her. She missed her daughter in-law so much."

"Okay, hyung. I'll tell her later."

"Okay. Don't forget ya. 7:30 pm okay?"

"Ne, hyung. Don't worry."

"Ok."

We end our conversation.

One more problem arises. I don't know how to tell Altia about this plus with our situation now.

So, after a while, I've decided to tell her when she comes back home tonight.

That night, I was waiting for her. It's already 11 pm, but there's no sign she will come. It's continued until 12 am and I slept in the living room

I don't know what time is it now. Probably it's already dawn. I woke up when I heard Altia's door opened. It shows Altia who wants to go to his work. Not even giving me a chance to speak, she already left. I said to myself, "how rude she is? Don't even see my face"

Because I have to inform her about Taeun's birthday, I've decided to search her name on my contact list and pressed the 'Unblock' button.

While I am going to send her a message, I received a lot of notifications from her. I don't read them. I just ignored

But suddenly I changed my plan, instead I'm going to call her. She didn't pick when I'm calling her for the first time but on my second attempt, she finally answered

"Hello?"

"Altia?"

She didn't say anything so I continued

"Taeun will hold her birthday party at omma's house today. So they want you to be there too. Taewoo said omma really missed you so much. So, make sure to come.

"Okay."

She replied to me shortly and then hung up. I said to myself, "this woman, so rude."

After that, I was called to read all her old messages that she had sent to me. I read each of them and suddenly I felt bad because I've thinking wrong about her. She only wants a little safety while being alone at home plus during the time, a staff from XX furniture will come.
