22 - Short Vacation 2

At S Resort

After a 3 hours journey, finally they arrive at the destination that they pick as their family trip. After check-in, they had a refreshment in the cafe at the resort. So they having a little conversation

Jieun: Too bad Altia can't join us.

Eomma: I know right

Taewoo: Are you guys okay now?

Zico: Definitely not hyung. I don't know what to do

Eomma: It's okay. Just give her more time.

Then, they continued their trip by walking around the resort and 30 minutes after that, they went to their own room to take some rest.

Zico POV

While I was lying on the bed, I checked my phone and saw there is a few chats from Fanxy Child group

Fanxy Child's Chat

Crush: Ya!! Where is everyone?

Zico: I'm not in the town.

Crush: Where are you?

Zico: I've got a short trip with my family.

Dean: Why Crushie? I'm also not in the town.

Peno: Sorry bro... me too.

Staytuned: I'm tired. I want to sleep, bye. Don't you ever try to disturb me.

Millic: In the middle of dating guys.

Crush: Damn you all.

Peno: Wae? Wae? Where are you?

Crush: I'm at our usual cafe.

Peno: Then?

Crush: (Altia's picture) Look at this new worker.

Staytuned: What's wrong?

Crush: Beautiful, isn't it?

Millic: YA! YA! YA!

I'm shocked looking at the picture. Soon, I tried to called her but no answer. I tried a few times but the answers were still the same. She didn't pick me up.

The next day, as soon as Zico came to the house, he rushed to get Altia.

As soon as he saw her, he grab Altia's hand violently and pushed her to the wall.

Zico spoke

"Where were you yesterday?"

Altia who are trying to let go Zico' grab but fail. So, she spoke

"Zico-shi, you're hurting me."

He didn't care about Altia instead he asked her again with high pitch tone

"I said where are you yesterday?!!"

Altia who are crying said

"It hurt."

"Answer me!!"

She tried to lose herself but she had no strength. Zico's grip became harder.

He speak again

"You lied to me! You said you work at the hospital but why did I see you at the cafe yesterday! You know how sad mom is! Uh?!!! I said answer me!!"

Altia who can't control herself anymore shouted in her tears

"It's because I don't want to get close to you! You are asking for it!!"

Zico was shocked hearing Altia's explanation. He felt like he was stabbed by a knife. He felt pain on his chest and now his grip became loose. Soon, Altia ran to her room and locked the door.

She locked herself in her room. She terrified and hugged herself. She leaned on the door while crying out loud.

Zico heard Altia's crying so he went to her door. He realized what he had done. So, he spoke

"Altia... Altia... Please open the door. I'm sorry. I'm sorry okay. Altia.... Altia.... please."

But Altia is not answering. She terrifiedly crying

2 day have passed since the incident and now it's already 7 in the evening.

Altia who is currently finished cooking was approached by Zico. She served the food and shortly after they started eating. They eat silently without any words.

While they both busily eating, Zico noticed a bruise at Altia's wrist. It formed from the incident 2 days ago. He felt bad to her.

Altia, who also noticed Zico's action, then hid his wrist with her clothes. Then, they continued eating.

After Altia finished cleaning up the kitchen, she then went to Zico's wardrobe to put some clothes and at the same time Zico was waiting for Altia because he wanted to apologise to her. Shortly after, Altia went to her room but then stopped by Zico

Zico POV

As soon I saw Altia went to her room, I grab his hands. I forgot about her bruise but then I lose my grip when she flinched. Her face showing that she was in hurt.

"Arghh..."

Then I spoke worriedly

"Uh.. mian."

She lowered her head. She even not looking at me. So, I continued

"Can I say something?"

She nodded.

I take a few second to start talking back

"I'm sorry about 2 days ago. I am really sorry. Can you forgive me?"

"It's okay. I forgive you."

I'm speechless. At first, there are so many things that I want to say to her but I can't. I'm frozen and don't know what to do when she is in front of me.

While we both become quite, she spoke

"If you don't have anything, I go inside first."

I didn't answer and then she left.

Since that day, Altia keeps locking herself in her room. After work, she will go directly to her room. She only comes out when she wants to prepare some food for Zico and then comes back in.
